Who has bought all Swams ?

I bought 7 Trumpets before. I could buy more because the subtle difference is good

    but just asking.

What could be essential 2 apps of each bundle because if you buy 3. May as well just go for the ( I got all swam instruments )

Dont think im doing dev a dis-service because as I say. 7 Trumpets is enough eapecially without a general midi plan for all instruments but even more Trumpets ( all I own ) Are tempting.

Got all strings (all very good), all flutes (all very good - only got the piccolo because of the bundle and use it more than I expected to), all double reeds (these are fantastic and I can vouch for their authenticity having played all extensively irl), both clarinets (good - bass especially), all trumpets (absolutely agree these are all excellent - piccolo is my favourite), all saxes (excellent), couple of trombones (not so impressed with these), a French horn (ditto), and just to prove it's not some fault in their low brass model the euphonium is excellent. I've played all the woodwinds for years irl but I'm surprised at how much I enjoy being a 'brass player' now.

    Bought some swams.

Bought the Trumpets a while back.

    Certainly maybe best instrument.

Might buy more Trumpets in Aug if still on sale

but the Tuba Eb is good

So obviously would the Euphonium be.

Came across a vid when checking for tuba vs Euphonium.

So cool around the 2.40 mark etc. The general fast flow.

The tuba on ios. Dose sound like a drone synth. Sometimes you hope, you could reach for a wavefolder or a filter

It is a new 6 month trial, even if you have had free trials on desktop or iPad before, but Affinity have announced that the 50% offer ends on August 15th.

  • Affinity is great stuff, and I hope they stay non subscription as I understood they are taken over by Canva.

I would (will🤞🏻) pay 200% of it's regular price (and even more...) when Publisher will have xml import... for now, even with a decade free trial, it's useless for my daily job 😥.

Eventide sale has been running since July 8th and although all Moog plugins aren’t on sale.. The Moogerfooger Bundle is STILL reduced at $39.99 (brings them down to $4.99 each)

Time will tell but they’re promising it (as an option at least) at the moment.

Like Fieldscaper? I highly doubt it will become AUv3, I reckon Igor is more focused on making new apps tbh

I find Fieldscaper to be well worth it even
    If not AUv3 ..

Canva’s size ensures Affinity will be able to stay non-subscription (I think). On the other hand, they could conceivably offer a more capable version or an online version for subscription also.

In the end they always try to figure how to squeeze more cash from customers one way or the other. I used to work for years with ZBrush (3D sculpting) until it got taken over by Maxon and it’s all subscription now. And it’s not that there are alternatives, but switching from one workflow to another is always a pain.
