Music App IAP Sales
If you bought just the delay app, you can only use the amount you paid for the app one time. So if you buy one of the bundles using the amount you paid for the delay, any other bundles by the same developer will be full price, even if the delay is included. Basically you can only use the amount you paid for an app, to complete one bundle, that’s it, no matter how many bundles it might be in. Hope that helps.
PS. It sounds like you bought the delay while inside a bundle page on the App Store, that’s the same as buying the individual app by itself, and that amount can only be used one time to complete a bundle.
Havent bought any at the mo.
Thanks for reply Poppadocrock.
Between Bleass and Iceworks
What would you get at the $3.99-5.49 mark?
FRMS? Iceworks ?
Can’t speak for Iceworks but FRMS is incredible. At that price it’s a steal. Imaginando has a playlist of videos on their YouTube of different samples they’ve made from random things to make some super interesting soundscapes and such from.
I’ve only been on iOS music production for the last yearish but Imaginando have been super impressive to me.
Watching a bunch of those videos really opened up the creative ideas for it for me.
Which iceworks app?
Synth wise NAMBU is my no1 recommendation
And there reverb delays are good as well
BUT… you can not go work with FRMS
IceGear Kajita, Yukawa and Koshiba are currently $4.99. I personally would take FRMS over any of those without having to think too hard. Unless maybe you already have a lot of granulars
FRMS is the winner - only granular I have
Thanks guys
Iceworks synths are actually my favorite… as far as which one it depends on my mood! For me they’re the most fun to design sounds
I have FRMS and all of the iaps and I’m still learning it but it does sound cool and yeah at that price it’s a nobrainer
Imo as well, you can’t beat Iceworks! They are just beyond top of the line. Redshrike is still the best polysynth I have imo
Love the synths. Although I really liked the fx apps when they came out, especially Yukawa, I kind of went off them. Just a bit of a hassle to dial things in, I felt. Too much work for not enough reward. Just my personal view, others may disagree.
What I love about them is how deceptively easy it is to make something really cool , sometimes without even trying to ! Kroenecker is one of the most unusual yet cool synths ever in that regard
I love them, but more for the experiment. There are far better options for a typical reverb, for instance . However , Kajita paired with Blackhole can create some extremely interesting sounds lol
Really pleased with Compact Deluxe - the GSI farfisa. Wanted it for a while but was starting to think I had more than enough electric pianos and organs. Such a lovely tone. First time I’ve seen it on sale.

Iceworks- Lorentz, Redshrike, Laplace. Luv these!
Lorentz. Laplace and kroenecker are on my list as is Nambu . I love resshrike so much
I’m a big fan of both developers @yellow_eyez so it’s really hard to pick one of something when it’s all good stuff. To me it depends more on what you are looking to do/achieve, what you don’t have in your arsenal, or maybe if you are looking for an alternative option to a base you already have covered.
Huge Lagrange and Nambu Fan. I don’t have any of the IceWorks FX yet but their synths are lovely, and I’m guessing their FX are too. Bleass is another solid developer and you really can’t go wrong with any purchase from either of them.
Thanks Poppa
Yeah you can’t go wrong with either dev
I think I’m gonna go through them all and see
No rush
I appreciate all the replies too (@gavinski and @fear2stop @hibjshop and @audiblesvideo)
You’re welcome! I’ll make a separate thread showing patch making in each one of the Iceworks synths to kind of help out (separate thread so I don’t derail this one)
