I just looked Nambu is $19.99 on US store
That's his pricing strategy, or whatever, he did the same with his other synths and soon started to announce sales: to the previous original price, he have these sales quite periodically, right Poppa(?). Not very pretty in my opinion but totally legit. So, yo can count on a "sale" on Nambu in a near future.
All, now is your chance to beta another banger midi app.
Love his stuff.

Is it only on twitter?
Public one is only on twitter and there is a much larger one on my Patreon, none on other platforms this time

Sorry, you are completely wrong about that. I explicitly agreed this with the dev in advance. It is not exploitative. I spend a lot of time and skill making posts on various platforms for an extemely tiny reward from YouTube. It doesn't make any sense for me to do the work I do without getting more direct Patreon support and devs understand that. Codes for giveaways cost a dev nothing. Every single time I do my giveaways everything about exactly how many codes there will be and which platforms the codes will go to is agreed with the dev.
The YouTubers in this scene are giving a huge amount to the community for far less than minimum wages rewards. Devs and viewers benefit more from our labour than we benefit from any aspect of this entire setup.

iOS YouTubers have their own skillset and do a lot of their own hard work. I am very transparent on my own channel about the meagre rewards and people like Doug have had to make videos begging viewers with tears in their eyes for financial support. Apple dropping the affiliate program in 2017 caused lots of YouTubers to leave this space. Are you trying to provoke more into leaving? You might not appreciate the work involved, but luckily many devs and viewers do.

The developer gets their app showcased in front of a small, but "prepared to spend money" audience - the perfect target market for actually buying their app (as opposed to freeloaders who want something for nothing). One or two will win a code but hundreds or more won't and they might buy the app.
As for your comment that iOS YouTubers "are simply showing the developers hard work", I think there is more to it than that. Many of the newer apps are very complex and require a lot of time to learn. The YouTubers go through all that hard learning work so we don't have to.
A few of the recent apps by 4Pockets, Igor and many others have been packed with features and very complicated - they would have taken a lot of effort to learn and understand. I remember when "Beat Cutter" came out - even when watching various YouTubers demo it my brain had a melt down at how tricky it was. I still don't understand it...
