Are any oscilloscope AUv3 apps on sale currently? (Or any good free ones?) That's all I need.

I have all the oscilloscope apps. The only one I use is auSCOPE X by auDSPr. It has a big display, 2 channels, triggers, one-shot, gain and sweep adjustment. Probably not on sale, but does the job like a real scope.

Alternatively, if you have miRack, it includes a pretty good scope. And, because it's miRack, you can easily compare two different signals on parallel channels.

Agreed ref auScope X, and for a double score bonus, I'm also in agreement that the scope in miRack does the job nicely too.

My boomeresque brain sees OBXd for under $5.00 and impulse purchase it like it was a mistake. lol. This is the most satanic thread on the internet, I promise you. My kids and I shall not eat this week, for there are things greater in the world than self. (Like me coping these mfkn apps)

I love the original obxd have you gone through the banks of presets, it sounds great, super lightweight, universal. I use it all the time. Haven’t upgraded to the new version yet since its iPad only.

I think Toneboosters don't usually do sales..

TB has stated in the past… that since their apps are already so reasonably priced, they will most likely not be on sale. They have adjusted the price on their apps occasionally, moving them up or down $1 but traditionally they do not do sales. Anything is possible, and things can change, but just a heads up I wouldn’t count on a TB sale.

As much as I love a good sale, lol, I think TB has a point. Cheers!

  • Is Amazing Noises on sale? It’s basically apesoft, right? I’ve been wanting to IAP gliververb

I have not. I bought the discodsp one and it’s universal. Using it on my iPhone atm.

There are like 3 different Obxds in the App Store. lol

  • If you like the sound of any Nord synth at all, and I mean all the way to the glassy oscillators of Modular G1, don't sleep on Discovery. There's nothing like it on iOS.

Yea I’ve been eyeing it up since release. I’m bound to cave soon.

Lol. 2 I think and both from same developer.

Yea that’s the First version from DiscoDSP that’s been around for maybe 3 years, they released a newer version approximately 4-6 months ago. the new one was mostly a gui upgrade, and slight sound improvements, but it is only for iPad.

I only have the first version and it’s one of my most used synths. It’s not great for sound design, but it’s packed with so many patches I just use the presets. There’s like 20 banks each filled with patches. The pads are great. light on cpu. Well worth 4 bucks.
