Another THU IAP on Sale.
Logic Pro 🤣 but not on sale ever lol
Not a mastering all in one app, but people in this forum were/maybe still are quite fond of using bark filter, aka “the bark filter trick” on a master bus. I believe it was the triple band preset with limiter turned on to get a nice simple mastering effect.
It does sound nice and gives the audio a boost, but not necessarily an all in one mastering solution. You’ll have to search back through the forum for specifics.
I like to use Grand Finale 2, or TB Barricade and TB EQ, or Bark Filter. However mastering is probably the part of the process I know the least about, there are people in here who are probably better suited to help with this question.
GF2 isn’t on sale at the moment, and TB apps most likely will not drop in price, but here’s hoping!
Yup scroll down on the payment options.
Grand Finale 2 is on sale for £6 at the minute. It gives a nice mastering chain. I use that followed by Scaler EQ for multi-system balancing.
Genuine Soundware added a couple more to their sale…
Model D6 Clavinet to the sale, it’s $5 off at $14.99
GCL1 is $2 off at $1.99
A bit. It apparently came out in early October I think, but just came across it a few days ago for first time.
AM even went as far as to raise the price of Riffer this month while everyone else was discounting, which is a pretty big "F U" in my book. XD
Well, that’s disappointing… but I don’t blame him. I’m just glad it’s still in the AppStore and still gets maintenance updates every now and then. Last one was just 3 months ago.
Klevgrand’s Grand Finale 2 is pretty good if you’re not using Logic Pro. And Toneboosters’ TB MBC (multi-band compressor) is actually quite credible as a mastering tool on iPadOS.
+1
An absolute masterpiece of a synth, perhaps the most developed audio engine in the soft synth space, literally being worked on for decades. I'm praying to every deity (and a few ones I just made-up) that they'll release a universal build.
Gavinski’s review of Discovery wasn’t exactly glowing.
Yeah this is what’s kept me from pulling the trigger honestly. Is it still on sale?
I think Gavs problem with the app was more about the UI. They just ported over a desktop app & didn’t optimize for iPad. I just got it last week (at full price) and don’t regret buying, as it does sound very nice!
Edit: Forgot Gav also mentioned issue of no exposed AUv3 parameters exposed - but I bet that’ll come someday.
(at full price) and don’t regret buying, as it does sound very nice!
How much did you pay last week?
24.99 Canadian bucks. 19.99 US I believe.
On sale now for $14.99 US (Same as intro)
Seems to be gone now.
Alex Matheu Apps on Sale!
Glitchcore is $2 off at $1.99
Sliver is $3 off at $2.99
Glitchbreaks is $3 off at $1.99
Not Sure if the new release GlitchStep is still on introductory pricing $7.99, or at full price $9.99
Unfortunately the App Store is now showing that the Lifetime IAP priced at $49.99 here in the States, so I guess that’s over. I’m not sure why the discrepancy occurred, I went to check on it again and it’s over.
Sorry you couldn’t snag it.
beatter is $2 off at $.99
I pointed out some definite issues and problems, but it's probably worth grabbing for the sounds and the vast number of presets alone, imo, and I did say that in the vid!
Oh man, and Octachron is having bad behavior as well, but this might be an issue on their side.
GlitchStep is down to US$7-99.
Not AUv3 though, correct?
Not yet.. still working... it's quite advanced, new things soon
Could you confirm if auv3 is in the plans? Is there a timeline?
Sounds to me like he just confirmed.
Glad to hear that, thank you!
