I have an app that is free and I have not seen mentioned here from Stanford University.
Dr Spiegel’s app, Reveri, is an app that I feel might be relevant for the new year. Dr David Spiegel has been researching and creating scientifically validated self-hypnosis routines for a long time.
He went to Yale, then Harvard, and has worked at Stanford for a while now.
It’s free to download and includes many different mini sessions that can be accessed for free. If you find it useful, you can consider a subscription.
Quit smoking? Stop procrastinating? Eat more mindfully? Dr Spiegel can show you so many uses for self-hypnosis…all of which are validated by scientific data.

Dr Spiegel is a personal hero of mine. And self-hypnosis can work shockingly fast, as you’re guided by the sound of Spiegel’s voice.
I was about to buy this but checked the price history first and decided to wait. Did they just double the price before discounting?

There are quite a few modules for free without starting a subscription. But if you get serious, then you can consider paying money. But I find use from the app without paying a penny (or starting a trial).
The subscription is expensive, but this is Spiegel’s life work in practice. It’s a modality that few want to try because it sounds ridiculous. But he has made it accessible and free to try out.
Just an option for life!
