    As I am the OP; you might be digging a little deep into the reason for the post.

    Let me solve this mysterious event for you…

    I posted this thread, to discuss the fact that Izotope released a plug in on iOS…I bought said plug in, as I own all of their plug ins on my Mac DAW. I love it when the big dogs of audio plugs come to the iOS platform. Plus discussing the new Trash 3(which is totally redesigned) is something that I thought would be cool to chat about.

    My next post comes from a place of ‘why the hell would you pirate somebody’s hard work?’ It happens to musicians and song writers quite a bit too. So I was asking how would you like it if it happened to you? That is all. I’m not going to defend the FACT that stealing is wrong…we should all be grown and know this already. If you are broke making music, I have devastating news for you…most creative people stay broke. Creatives are often preyed upon by savvy and non savvy “business people” and get taken advantage of due to their lack of knowing better, or for lack of a better “platform” or there lack of wanting to operate the business (boring) portion of what they do.

    There really isn’t anything deeper about it. And I even stated it was my opinion.

    NOTE: I could care less what you buy, do or don’t buy Izotope Trash 3 ….its your choice, but if you do let’s discuss how to use it and get good results.

    I see in the reviews in the AppStore that this only works on Logic Pro & not AUM. Has this changed? The Lite version works in AUM does the full one also….. need to know before I buy it. 😀

    It’s ok - I’ve found out that AUM will host It used to be the case that it was only Logic Pro but not now - no mention in the version history, but we’re all good it seems.

    FYI iZotope is owned by Native Instruments, which just filed for insolvency. So don't expect updates for this app in the future.

    Yes thanks for that - That’s a good shout. I hadn’t realised. I may just hang of for a bit….. I probably have too many distortions already anyway 🤔😀

    I’ve taken the opposite view, and bought Trash (and Absynth 6 for desktop) in case the NI situation means I can no longer do so in the future.

    Don’t forget that filing for insolvency doesn’t mean a company will cease to exist. I’d be surprised if they disappear completely.
