I haven't checked, but take a look at the official store, I think I saw something about them being available there. Not sure though

That’s odd. Here’s how it looks like on my end:

  • Not found at eBay Germany

It's more than odd, bordering the impossible * twilight zone tune enters😃

  • Right! Can’t find the item or seller by searching either.

  • I think you have to switch to the uk eBay because it’s set as pick up in person only

  • Turns out the website was still cached.

  • Hey @JEC could you reup the iVCS3 patches on eBay?

  • Hi all, so it appears that eBay have banned the listing stating some copyright infringement crap… I suppose it is to prevent intellectual property theft which is fair enough, just unfortunate that I, the copyright holder, cannot sell my own product…

I gave permission to Doug Woods of The Sound Test Room to allow any of his interested Patreons to download the entire 11-Eleven bank & CV.wav files delivered in a zip file from a dropbox link, so if any of you are interested you could check out becoming a Sound Test Room Patreon and i’m sure Doug will send the link👍

  • Yes, thank you. @thesoundtestroom I joined the Patreon - are these the 11-eleven presets the two JEC.... files in the main Dropbox folder or are those different? Cheers.

  • @RonnieOmelettes @JEC I forgot to add it to the Patreon Rewards Folder, I've just done that now, it's a zip file called 11-Eleven iVCS 3 JEC Bank.
The main reason I never demoed the pack was the fact that I honestly don't think that people would have understood the install process with just me trying to explain it, I would have been bombarded with people not being able to get it to work.

Anyway, I shall post James's very clear install instructions, but you'll know what I mean.

    1. Once you download the zip file onto your iPad/iPhone use the “Files” app to open the zip file. This will automatically create a normal folder with the same name as the zip file “JEC-iVCS3-11Eleven”. The zip file will still exist with the new folder containing a copy of the archived files.

    2. Open the newly created normal folder and locate the “JEC 11-Eleven.ivcs3” file (it’s icon will have an image of iVCS3) & tap on this file. iVCS3 will open and automatically import the new preset bank.

    NOW… and this is important…
As the JEC Preset banks also contain CV “.wav“ files imperative to the integrity of each preset…
the remaining “.wav” files MUST also be shared to iVCS3… so for every remaining file in this folder…

    1. Long hold on each file until the File Action Dialog appears…
    2. Select the Share option… (2nd Last Option)
    3. Scroll to & Select iVCS3 from the list of Apps
    4. (If iVCS3 says “Selected file exist at path, do you want overwrite?“ then select “YES”)
    5. iVCS3 will then report that “The sound file was copied” So tap the “Close” button.
    6. REPEAT this for every remaining file in the folder.

Once this somewhat, unfortunately long procedure is complete, the Bank and CV Files will be installed and you can enjoy the presets as they were meant to be!

  • Thank you Doug - I'll give it a whirl!

  • @RonnieOmelettes Let me know how you get on👍😊

  • Worked a treat. Didn't take too long. Some lovely sounds in there, with some madness mixed in!

  • @RonnieOmelettes Brilliant, thanks for letting know, I should try and get them installed👍😊

    Many thanks, Doug!

Unfortunately, iVCS does not appear in my sharing folder.

Apparently Apple limits the number of apps that can be assigned to an extension (e.g. WAV). Unfortunately, I often have this problem. You can't reassign many apps as you can with Windows.

I probably have to delete a few apps until iVCS appears in the sharing dialogue.

Hi @Iskander, if iVCS3 does not appear in the share to app list, you can import the files directly from within iVCS3…

    1. Unzip the 11-Eleven .zip file to an easy to find location on the device with iVCS3 installed (easter egg: the bank was named 11-Eleven so it would appear early in file directories and also 11-11 is actually my birthday lol)

    2. Open iVCS3

    3. Tap the “…” icon on the right of the bottom info/icon bar to open the Options Dialog Box

    4. Select “Samples” from the dialog to open iVCS3’s list of installed sample files dialog

    5. From this list dialog box, tap the import icon in the centre of the bottom icon bar, it is a square with an arrow entering from above the square

    6. This opens the “Import” dialog… Select “Document Picker” to open the iDevice’s finder window

    7. Navigate to the folder to where you have stored the unzipped folder

    8. Tap the First or the Next file to be imported making a note of each one to be sure you get them all

    9. (If iVCS3 tells you that the file already exists in that location, select “Cancel” as iVCS3 has already imported that individual file)

    10. REPEAT from number 3. Above for every file in the 11-Eleven unzipped folder and you’re done…

Sorry that this bank install is such a pain, Apple redesigned their i.a.p structure for all newly created content so iVCS3 and ALL existing iaps would need a complete redesign to accommodate these changes which is a huge amount of work that just can’t be undertaken at the present time so sincerest apologies for that…

Hope your install goes ok, let me know how you get on, cheers

  • Many thanks JEC!!!
The import was a bit time-consuming but it worked.
