Nothing to do with the topic but I would like to see that apple start to force developer to support 64bit.This can bring a significant speed bump on those devices.Although it doesn't unlock more Ram
If it don't say PRO...I won''t go...
I sense thousands gathering on the White House lawn....
With confederate flags no doubt
So when are these hitting the shelves... or when do we find out when they will?
Keynote address is next week: http://9to5mac.com/2014/10/08/its-been-way-too-long-apple-sends-out-invites-for-thursday-october-16th-ipad-mac-event/
I'll be sad if they update the Mac mini, since I bought one 3 weeks ago! Ha! No new iPad Air for me no matter what, I need to save in a hurry to replace my car. My current iPad Air will have to do for a while (and it's been great for me so far).
I reckon you've got about a year until you'll need to drive your spiffy new car down to the store...
16th, alright. Thanks, @telecharge. I'm trying to recall if they typically are available upon announcement, or if it's some generally consistent amount of time after.?
I've been feeling a bit of the RAM crunch and would love to jump up to double it, so selling this Air I have I looking like the thing to do. Need to try and sell it before the announcement, but I don't want to end up Pad-less for any extended amount of time.
Last year they were available on November 1st, roughly ten days after the keynote.
