  • Thanks @royor, it sure is full of options, some still works in progress, though. There will be videos soon :)

This is a probabilistic glitch rack, where every incoming transient has a chance of being stuttered, and every stutter has a chance of being further processed (by default mostly delay and reverb). If you want some hints, open the first section with text boxes.

  • @arnou unfortunately your link expired
if you cannot reshare, can you at least send a screengrab of the GR-16 / Pure Acid ones?
You got something cooking slowly (just woke up) in my brain

  • Here’s a bit of an update to glitch sprinkler, with chaos that can be more sparsely dialed in, if you want. The new file is on patchstorage, too.

Here's a bit of a noisemaker. It's an oscillator and a filter, that can be fmed by noise and feedback and a couple of other goodies with a hands-on randomizer.

  • Here’s a preview of an arp of mine, inspired by those 4x4 grid sequencers going into pure piano.

    Looks amazing, great work!

  • I was having a crush on your noisemaker, thank you for those cool inspring patches ;-)

  • @TracerY Cool, thanks and my pleasure(:

  • Inspired by a request @gavinski made on the mosaic thread, I made this midi rack, that lets you manually trigger ratchets in various ways.

    Get it here:

And here's a midirack for ratcheting that can handle polyphony:

    This is superb, thank you!

  • @Gavinski Thanks, glad you like it (:

  • A quick jam with a rack I’m building to combine 2 sounds to a new one in various ways. Thanks @Gavinski for the suggestion.

That sounds like a lot of fun! Good job 👍

    Sounds wicked!

Really cool. Made me think of that old Sparkle app, which still gets updates to my surprise. Can’t wait to get my mitts on this. Are the faders controlling the levels to different instances of RadioUnits by any chance?

  • Thanks @pedro, @Gavinski, @Blipsford_Baubie and @Robin2

I haven't tried sparkle, but the basic idea to make something new by bastardizing features of 2 sounds is what I want the rack to do. So there are parallels:)

The rack accepts any 2 inputs, derives modulation signals from these inputs (just the plain signal for audio rate modulation, an envelope follower and an envelope triggered by transients in the source - I didn't use that part in the video at all). Each input then runs through one of several FX and you can assign the mod sources to any parameter of the FX.

In the video the 2 sources were Radio units and 2 of the sliders the dry volume and the other 2 the wet. The xy-pad left of the rack can pitchshift the 2 signals before they enter the rack.

The FX in the video was the math-function module with the square root of (a squared +b squared).

  • Here's an update on my generative midi rack Stream of unconsciousness. You get random streams of notes that can be locked into a 2 to 16 step pitch-sequence. You have some control over the density of the stream, the pitch range and velocities. You can quantize the pitches to one of 36 scales or set a custom scale or set possible pitches via midi input. And you can push the notes towards the grid according to the BPM of your project.

Will check that out, thnx! Did you ever end up finishing the rack for audio mangling 2 sound inputs by the way?

  • @Gavinski Thanks. I still want to work a little more on the 2 input mangler to get it somewhere, where it's a tiny bit more predictable and figure out, which effects are most suitable for it, before uploading it. If you would like to try it at as is, and maybe give me some feedback I can send it to you.

Ha-ha! This has been on my mind but was always afraid to ask 😆. I’m of the, Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth, mentality.

  • Decided to streamline my workflow and maybe focus a bit more on Drambo with Multitrack Recorder only.
So I have been checking your patches, @tyslothrop1

Dear lord... this is pure magic!

  • Thank you very much @senhorlampada, glad you like my stuff (:

  • Thank you for sharing your always incredible, and always inspiring Drambo patches!

  • @Edward_Alexander Always a pleasure, but especially if I get such nice feedback (:
