@Littlewoodg i totally get what you mean. I had the same experience.
The thing is though, auria taught me a lot about refining, editing, bouncing, effects, layering, workflow.
It’s a strange thing but when it could do all I wanted, it sparked some creativity until I then pushed for me. I sort of leaned and grew with it.

yep, there is a lot there, a lot way before everybody else had it going on.
more capability than I actually use. My stuff is pretty bare bones.

  • I consider it to be about the closest thing to a Tascam Model 12

  • @espiegel123 yes I see it. That’s a strange problem

@Littlewoodg thanks - yeah it seems to be a real sleeper. When I read the specs it seemed to be the most amazing DAW I never heard of. Has it ever been on sale?

  • @ecou thanks. Yes I tried it as an insert on the channel and it worked fine. Might be a aux send thing.

I’ve been revisiting mixing again in Auria and I’ve got to say that it’s easily the fastest, easiest programme to mix in that I’ve used on iOS. Mostly because of the interface being set up like a mixing console. It has channel strips built in to the channels and it versatile in it’s bussing setup. Easy peasy. You’re not stuck inside some kind of weird boxed window arrangement. Anyway, that’s just me and I’m glad I fired it up one more time. It pretty much ticks all my boxes for mixing tracks.

I have had the same problem today putting PSP stereo delay in a aux. Certain track where getting delay others not. Weird.

I agree it is a great mixing environment. I been using it as that since I bought it in 2018. That was at @richardyot recommendation. Cubasis for midi, Auria for mixing mastering.
