I think one of humanity’s greatest downfalls is the tendency to idolize others. We often see people as more than just people, elevating them to superhuman status and losing sight of their inherent imperfections. Mother Teresa, Collier… they were/are, at their core, simply human. When we idolize individuals, we risk overlooking our own potential for growth and create unrealistic expectations that can only lead to disillusionment. True respect comes not from idealization but from recognizing the shared humanity in each of us. My two cents…
