What New Apps are Rumored to be coming?
Cleaning out some junk apps from my Ipad and hoping to get some new and more useful ones. Has anyone seen anything impressive coming down the line?

I will go first. Senastian mentioned a new and improved Sound Prism Pro last week and that certainly sounded interesting, Some folks here are testing it I believe or will be soon!
Looking forward to the Flux fx app coming in the next few weeks!
FLUX:FX
Those. I'm also looking forward to the new versions of MIDI Sequencer, Audioshare and Echo Pad.
In the "we-know-they're-coming-but-don't-know-when" category for me are Tony's Piano Roll MIDI app, NanoStudio 2, BeatMaker 3 and Auria's MIDI implementation. There's also whatever sequencer BleepStreet tweeted about a year ago.
I guess Sugar Bytes egoist can now officially be considered a rumor. Egoist.
Also, looking forward to iOS8.2, natch.
Yes egoist would be great. Also Beatmaker3 if that is real
This is a total fake (unfortunately) OP1 app http://www.caraulani.com/op1d-app/
I'm looking forward to the Sonik Synth Mobile Edition sound collection for SampleTank.
Sparkle by apeSoft can't be too far away

I really wish I hadn't clicked that. Like, a lot. Damn!
AUFX: anything-else
I love those lightweight, great sounding, deceptively simple apps.
Still hopeful for SynthMaster, though a little disheartened that it's a player.

I'm waiting for the new wejaam app,it looks pretty cool.Hopefully it will be out soon.
MiMiX is coming, I think it was called. It's a six input mixer for the audiobus output, routing stereo to a new audiobus chain input. Can't wait!
B-step 2 should be hitting any day too.
B-Step 2 was out a couple of days ago. Very nice update it is too.
Hmm, v2 does look quite nice. Was about to get Thesys but now... Going to check out the bstep v2 free trial first: https://itunes.apple.com/app/id855085232
I hope for another Arturia synth, maybe in few months or so.
looking forward to iFretless Strings, Drum Session(?).
Wretchup dev talked about a new drum machine in the pipeline. personaly been waiting for flux:fx.
UVI BeatHawk anyone ?
The session drums for ios is definately the one I would need the most
,
Yes it would be awesome to have Egoist on iPad...It's pure fun in a box. I do own the PC ver.
Very elaborate slicer/sequencer. You can load up say a 45 sec sample or whatever (No limit on this I think), zoom in to a part you want to slice, and the slicer will conform to that part when you use its transients detection (it has a sensitivity slider as well). For each of the 16 slices you got your reverse/direction, attack, decay, length, pitch and so on. It can switch to a new part of the sample on the fly when crossing to the next pattern, or switch out sample completely and effortlessly. There's lots of room for being very creative with this slicer. It can also be routed into the effects section, that contains a bunch of cool effects, and includes its own sequencer (think a mini version of Effectrix).
Sugar Bytes being Sugar Bytes, they do things their own way so to speak. Which is great (looking at you Turnado, Effectrix, Consequence etc etc). So they've added a 303-style bassline synthesizer, that can make some beefy sounds indeed. It has 3 different filter types, not your low/hi/band pass, but your sugar bytes shiznit filters. Can also be routed into the effects sequencer. A basic drums sequencer, kick, snare and hihat, 16 beats per drum pattern, which sounds kinda basic, and it is, for a reason. All 3 drum parts have a couple off different articulations per hit (like closed or open hihat). 30 something kits, with sub variations/samples on each drum part, and things like pitch, transients etc as well.
Plenty of patterns, bars whatever to build a complete track. Or just have fun making some small cool beats, new sounds etc, whenever. It's a pretty fast thing to get something going with so..
A nice juicy limiter/comp thing can be applied on the end of all this, to give it that smash-y sound, thumping sound etc.
Nanostudio2
iReason incl. Dr.Rex
Ableton iLive
:--)
Only thing i'm looking forward to is Midi for Auria. The waiting kills me
I'm also looking forward to Egoist. Just had a play with the demo vst, slicing a Wolfsburg pad/chords clip and having some fun with it. I think I'll like it more on a touchscreen even though the UI will be smaller.
so can the samples in Egoist be edited in Egoist?
Genome Midi Sequencer 2.0 should be hitting the app store in the future.

Not yet. Might happen, nothing is set in stone on this yet I believe. Typically you edit audio before bringing it into a slicer. On a desktop this is a complete non-issue obviously. If there is an iOS version coming, and if lots of people are screaming about it, who knows? It is a GrooveBox that really invites for exploring and experimenting with audio/samples, so a cut/trim feature might be more useful on a potential iOS version then a desktop one.

i REALLY hope that SugarBytes consider putting more effort into the interface (i.e. more than just making it smaller) if they port Egoist to iOS. Fingers crossed.

Same.
But think of how sick it's going to be!
