    You know what's ignorant of me? I didn't even know Volcano 3 had even a quarter of the features it does have until I just watched this video! The creative possibilities are truly endless. 😳 Making evolving soundscapes never was easier.

    Dan’s video is great but he’s focusing more on mixing uses of Volcano 3, and doesn’t cover some of the more creative uses e.g. the Mid/Side functionality which adds even more possibilities, or the Envelope Follower modulator for example.

    I probably wouldn't have discovered that on my own during the first couple of Ambient productions I plan to produce until I'd start to dig deeper into the filter, but mate. Thanks for letting me know that right away! That's super helpful. :mrgreen:

    No worries … enjoy! And then there’s the Envelope Follower modulator which has transient detection, which means you can do some really cool stuff with drums …

    And then the Delay control which can be used to create flanging type effects … Volcano is a lot deeper than it looks.
