Lolz, I actually bought it, seems really good so far and easy set up.
I'm a person who has taken the position that app makers should charge sustainable prices, and I actually don't really buy the "just a database" take, because databases like this rely on freshness, and that takes constant work. That said, I guess I have to confess to being a bit salty that I don't get a discount via a bundle as an AUBE 1 purchaser, and that's kind of held me back here. The new feature list looks good, but it's not clear whether the desktop version will pick up AUs and VSTs or just AUv3's, and aside from desktop functionality...I dunno. I haven't used AUBE v1 on iPad all that much TBH. I can live without it. Something that differentiates this from a lot of music apps, is that it's not like my projects will break if I uninstall it. It's a convenience that fills a gap, but it's not absolutely essential in the way a go-to synth or effect plugin can be.
