Famistudio is a lot fun, I have it on PC and Android. But yes, real Tracking Forever. It´s great to see as many true tracker apps on iOS these days, including those in the chip tune genre like this.
Sidtracker64, October (free), SnibbeTracker, and sinusoid are some others in the same chippy vein as the great Deflemask, though a bit less intense.

Checked my purchase history. I bought it in Nov 2013 for the “bargain” price of £16.99 / $16.99. I never managed to get anything sensible out of it. It’s still residing on my Stone Age iPad 3 though for posterity.
