Since it’s free I got it, and tried it on several audio files. Works, doesnt take too long either, but all the stem outputs come out in mono only for me.. Cant see a setting to change that. Had to grant it mic access even to only use it on files.
I only discovered today that koala does stem splitting too. Koala is such a great app!
Good to know… I haven’t tried it yet, but that developer has several other apps that have been around a very long time so I have to believe there’s some credibility there.
I wonder if you go into settings and turn that app’s mic access off will it still allow you to use the app. Maybe there is a way to record audio as well. I just downloaded it and haven’t tried it so I’ll give it a look later.
Has some nice feature for sure, like change mics for different sounds, just wish stems could be stereo.

I got FRMS, and before I hit purchase, curiousity got me to click on one of the bundles it was in… which included DRC synth for less than a dollar. Wild bundles, Imaginado! Thanks haha
I think I have all the main Imaginando apps (except the DJ one and the new GRFX). FRMS, DRC and K7D are the big standouts.
I’m curious… does anyone have anything to say (good or otherwise) about the Electric Sheep Dreams iap for DRC?
I feel ya here, me being fully Drambo-head, even though lately I often reach for GR ll as my go to, hoping that GR II gets AUV3 one day as I’d rather host that in Drambo - but everytime I open up BAM I have a lot of fun with it and find it well thought out.
Maybe I’m just a groovebox junkie. 😅
But BAM is auv3 so just had the idea of bringing in that piano roll / generative melodies might be nice and for a buck - forget about it 🤘🏽
Electric Sheep’s is one of their best DRC packs, I really dig those sounds.

There are some good sounds in there but I didn't quite get the Bladerunner vibe from them as much as I was expecting to. :-/
