Lovely tracks @Frenq and @McD , great examples of the variety of music produced here 👌
I have to say that it always strikes me how few members actually post music. I know it’s completely personal taste but still it would be nice to have some new blood. Not that there is anything wrong with old blood before anyone with vampiric tendencies starts to get twitchy 😬
Your on a roll with those vampire comments
@Frenq I finally had the chance to catch up with what I missed in this thread, and your piece is super lovely.
I love that Slow-Rock vibe.
@McD I really didn't hear any chaos in the piece, but what amazing orchestral work! I honestly wish to use Staffpad, but I just didn't gel with its workflow when I tried it sad to say. I'm always in awe of those who use it and use it well.
Some great stuff on here. I'm making a new years resolution to stop tinkering and finish tracks quickly and let them out into the world.
In preparation I dusted off and finished a bunch of tracks over the last few days and set them for release on the streaming platforms. I also setup a bandcamp account and they are available now on that so feel free to have a listen. Not really worked it out yet but I think I have disabled the option to ask you to pay if you stream too many times.
One of them is so old that it started off on NS1! Appreciate any listens or feedback. Combination of different apps. I tend to use LoopyPro for jamming out ideas and then a combination NanoStudio and Logic for building a full track.
In keeping with the spririt of the post my best track of the year is Green Ninja

This was amazing! I really enjoyed the flow of this piece. Well produced too.
It’s not for everyone. But for faking orchestral scores there’s nothing close. Too bad Muse Group bought it and has not paid anyone for maintenance programming and new features. A Muse Group support team member wrote “No one has looked at that code in a long time.”
Still, there are amazing pieces being produced that inspire me to just quit trying. @jankun has done excellent work with it.
Finally got this sounding pretty good. It’s started out in DM-10 and has been kicked back and forth between a few apps. I’m really happy with the structure, but mixing is definitely a skill I’m working on.
Anywho, here’s Crow (Midnight).

Really digging the vibe of this one, mate.
This was my most liked track of the year - a whopping 5 likes!
Not my personal favourite, but that's how it rolls.
Looking forward to listening to all the tracks here. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
I've only made ONE track in 2025, so it MUST by definition be the BEST 😃
Strangely @SevenSystems its also the worst and most average …
Will listen to it later 😊
Thats pretty cool all right. Nice one. And cool cat too.
The beauty of stochastics 😄
This one didn’t get much attention but I’m fond of it.
I listened to this while I was posting my own above. Excellent composition. I love musical journeys and this took me places. Repetitive but changing into something new at just the right pace. Am I reminded of Kraftwerk? Or something else?

My favorite of the year. Here’s to hope I get some inspirational gear for Christmas, to make more
Merry Christmas and happy holidays to everyone here.
All I can say is, man can you play. Holy crap on a cracker.
Thanks! This version is not mastered actually -- the mastered version can however be found here:

Wow, your thing is very innovative and intense... a journey through various musical styles I guess -- I wouldn't know how to name the genre. Very complex.
Regarding my stuff: I do know Kraftwerk by name but couldn't really point to any particular track of theirs. I'd call "Everything" Progressive Psy maybe.
It’s not my “favorite” track, but it tells a story. My wife has been a caregiver for a lovely lady named Connie. She is in her late 80s. She had been showing signs of Alzheimer’s for several years. Her husband of 50+ years died and left her alone to fend for herself. They lived in an upscale, leafy green suburb called Clarendon Hills, in a lovely condo. Unfortunately, it had stairs and she fell. My wife found her three days later, unconscious and soaked in urine, dressed in her husband’s clothes. She is still with us… somewhat. If you were to meet her today she would seem to be a quiet, peaceful person. Inside, she is frantic, afraid and confused.
Good job stepping up to help someone in need.
Cool industrial vibes on the track. Very nice
Here’s mine. Particularly proud of it because it’s a pretty big difference from my usual (solo) stuff of boombap hip-hop that I produce and spit rhymes over, and that’s all thanks to my collaborator on this (the female vocalist) whose partnership has allowed and inspired me to stretch into more poppier/electronic/r&b-ish/trip-hop and more stuff. Anyway, I produced the whole instrumental (except for the changeup which she did) and I did it, like everything I do, on iOS beginning to end. I even use my iPad’s internal mic to record my vox for now, for better or worse. Started in EG Nodes w a few different AUV3 instruments, uploaded to Endlesss for me and her to track vox and file share basically, then I assembled and mixed in Audio Evolution Mobile.
mine's got to be this one
Not exactly a new song, but a new take.
Working against a deadline to deliver in time for Paddy Byrne's monthly 'Starlight' songwriting competition (which ran from June to October), it doesn't even have drums, bass or real guitars, but I still like it as it is (for now, at least).
Of the five songs I submitted, it was the only one that made it onto the shortlist (in October).
Will try to listen to as many of your songs / tracks as possible over the next days. Cheers everyone & all the best.
Not sure if the best but I like listening to it as well as the subject matter.
Jammed out live, as most things Fleksi.

It might be too close to the end of the year for me to finish something else, so probably the last thing I did:
I watched someone close go the same way a few years ago. Frantic afraid and confused. Horrible, horrible disease. You captured it well here. I also wrote a piece about it called “Losing It”
Nice work @noisyninja , I’m glad you’ve made your New Year’s resolution, look forward to hearing more !
Neat low key track @FizzyLizzy27 , just a bit too short ☹️
Right up my street @pbelgium in a Weather Report, Mahavishnu Orchestra, RTF sort of way 🙏
Have listened and commented before on your tracks @SevenSystems , @boomer, @Paulieworld, @Jmd8928 and @michael_m .
Re listening just confirms what great music you’ve all produced… and in such variety 👌
