This is an impossible task, but can think of a few that not only produced great apps but also continued to work on them and interacted with the community in so doing.
Giel Bremmers (MultiTrackStudio) has to be mentioned. He doesn't post here but on his own website forum he will respond to every question or suggestion. And the free features he added to that excellent DAW is like being handed a brand new sampler, MIDI sequencer, or chord app as a present.
Tony Saunders (Analog midiSequencer) took what was first a pretty basic step sequencer and then tweaked it with chords, fx, and all kinds of neat additions - with constant feedback from this forum.
Adam Kumpf put out 3 Fiddlewax apps this year and personally adopted features into his pro looper/midi designer that I and a few other posters suggested. He was open to suggestions that seemed to drastically change and expand his app, and did so with constant respect and appreciation for those that took the time to use and think about his product.
Johnatan
Tony
Sebastian
Singlecellsoftware is my first choice, second choice is Kymatica, and third is Arturia. If Arturia hadn't updated, and Cassini didn't either, I suppose Tabletop.
TONY TONY TONY for so many updates to MidiSequencer
Vote early vote often !
Marinus - Drumperfect
Jonatan - Audioshare
Igor - Audio Master
Honorable mention = Rim - Auria for tunnelvision. Might be hard for some to recode whole swaths of your app to the sound of so many feet tapping. When the big Midi/interface update for Auria finally drops, it'll be based on a lot of quiet diligence behind the scenes in 2014.
Top 3:
Adam for his videos
Tony for his updates
Jesse for his forum activities even on other topics besides his apps
Michael his user based Masterpiece will be all time hero
I'm happy to be able to use Caustic with other apps thanks to audiobus, so my vote is singlecellsoftware

I'm not against the idea, but if a developer like Korg wins who would the money go to???
If someone wants to set up a prize fund for the final vote, feel free.
I think a statue should be presented at The First Forum Annual Dinner (& Dance) to be held at a venue to be confirmed later, although I would like to nominate Reykjavik, New York City or Austin. Or Bognor. (http://www.phrases.org.uk/quotes/last-words/king-george-v.html)

Well, I did put Austin out there as a possibility. Unless it was held in the summer, but then I guess I could host the first 500 or so at The Goodyear Estate in Maine (bring your own tents etc; the red carpet will be camo).
Actually, and largely because I'm in the middle of trying to figure out the branding for a (non-music) industry event to be held in Amsterdam later on in the year, I couldn't help but catch myself thinking about the Forum putting on the awards at, say, a two day conference (somewhat modeled after South-By-Southwest here in town), to be known forever after as FAD (Forum Annual Dinner) and attended by devs, flacks, media, guest musicians showcasing their iOS-only work, and featuring a soon-to-be-legendary by ticket only jam session to close the affair out.
There could also be supplier booths (generate income to cover costs) and -of course- specialist seminar sessions. I've already reserved you a tabletop for both days and am even now working on a banner which will read "Mister Junkie's Different Drummer Live Video Course".
Could be huge.
Lol! Let's do this!
Developer of STORM
Just about a day left to nominate developers. Any stray doggies out there?
