oh,i realized that i haven't updated Figure yet.Might give it a try although it looks fugly.

Edit:doesn't seem to work with 1.7.0 as well.At least not the"direct"way (was to lazy to use the mail function). It gives me a"no connection to server"warning when i try to open Figure"within" (or however it works) Foo ..what...hoo..goo.

    Deleted.

  • I've only just updated figure after resisting for a while, this app looked handy, wondering if I've got an old version of figure saved somewhere.

  • I bet you can't open any songfile made with a later version.

So, IOW, the Propheads f'd us again?

    Again, how?

  • Shame this app is doa for current figure versions.

(Somehow) it would be cool to have song mode in Figure. It would be okay with me if it were Propellerhead that makes this happen. Also ok with me: linking Take with Figure means linking Thor next, then sample import and multi-stem export for Figure in promiscuous WAVs rather than a proprietary file (I don't have Reactor yet). The sharing happening with Take/Figure/Reason and thereby accessing all of Reason's goodies is sounding pretty killer see haQ attaQs meta mixes http://www.ptc-crew.com/jakobhaq/

I'd take this little app as a sub, with AB or IAA in for my synths. Like some above I actually wish it actually worked.

I think what is being suggested about Propellerhead doing some f'ing is that Figure's last update deliberately deprecated the file type Figooroops was made for...Figure update 1/5/15, Figooroo youtubed 1/11/15 using a working Figure file, and launched in the AppStore 1/14/15. Propellerhead has a perfect right to deprecate their file formats, whenever, of course.

    Of course.

  • Propellerhead should maybe throw the Figooroo dev a bone, it was a pretty good try.

  • How Sad...maybe they should focus on creating something that Doesn't rely on proprietary apps.

  • Dug out an old iphone it appears to work fine. But I guess the Dev was unlucky that Propellorheads want to lock us into using their server for some reason.

  • now figooroo Should work with figure 1.7.x but how I'm exporting figure project as a project file?
its only let export song files ..

  • You may have to do it via online sharing.
