A couple of issues using Firefox on PC:
No Mark All As Read option
I can't change my given avatar because the pop up screen to change it has no way of selecting another image unless it is below what FF displays. This isn't a moveable pop up so I can only guess that the option is there but not visible.

I really like the new format for what it is, but I understand people saying they don't like it because it IS an adjustment. I just have such a strong familiarity with the old version having checked it probably dozens of times a day for the past year or so. It's almost like hearing people you know suddenly talking in a different voice. But it offers all the same features plus a few new ones, so I'm sure after a few days I'll be used to it.
