Hi, more updates. Rock Drum Machine 2.1 will be available soon with these improvements;

  • Rhythm Preview in Song Mode (Doug request)
  • Crash Cymbals options in Song Mode
  • Count In
  • Crash Cymbals frequency in Live Mode
  • Crash Cymbals added on Mixer
  • Jam Percentage numbers editing song parts.

This update allows to set crash cymbals at the beginning of the parts, or not to play after fills. More control in your songs. You’ll need to upgrade your songs to insert crash cymbals when you want, but don’t worry, it won’t be take more than a minute ;)

    could somebody please explain how to set the time signature on this. I found one brief post on it but it still can clear things up for me.could somebody give a little bit more in depth explanation are just tell me how I would do it for 3/4 and 6/8 time please.

    Yeah this app is way better than I thought. For some reason the app graphic made it seem, umm not so pro.
    The drum kits are better than I thought too. Very good app, maybe the graphic or title made me think it was another silly rock drum machine. It is actually quite fun and usable!

    • Is there a secret MIDI clock synch? That is all I need.
      I like how there was a primus type beat with jerry was a race car driver, so fun.

    Wow this app is starting to sound so live it is almost scary! Started adding more toms and then pulling and adding on the fly while changing jam settings and occasional volume tweaks ! Combine the mix with variable crash settings and you have one hell of an authentic drummer sound and it is so darned easy to work with as well! No wonder this app is so well loved, thanks again Luis, as usual another amazing update! This is the drummer I've been craving!

    @Tritonman I think you need to put a little session together for us to hear it in all its new and polished glory. I'll write something to go along with it if you do (as long as it's less than two minutes :).
