This is the most exciting thing about ios9 so far, do hope we see a version of logic for ios, as I liked what they did with garageband especially playing the instruments.

It's been around for ages on both OS X and and iOS and supports SoundFonts (*.sf2) and ESX24 instruments.
The UI of the built-in AUSampler is not the most intuitive but it works. (Attached is the screenshot of the OS X built-in AUSampler with loaded 'drum kit'). Maybe the iOS version lacks proper UI and is there purely as a function?
The Musk apps support exs24. I wonder if that's how they're doing it.
So what i understand is that this is just a redesign of the old inter app audio?
Hope they fix this at last.
Finally there's a good enough reason to update...just hope Audiobus doesn't get broken when the update is released.
