I'm half way through listening to the playlist (loving it) and I'm writing comments as I go; to be published when I've completed enjoying each and every piece.

That is great. at an average of 4 min a piece X 18 songs, that will take you over the 72 min. mark..... I think, if I have the time, I would like to leave comments as well. It is a very kind thing to do. I have a few songs left to listen to yet though.

  • Thanks to everybody who contributed to this contest! Guys you are all great!

  • @lbiyikoglu -- you have a great line up from which to choose, have fun doing

  • +1 and with such great sounds on offer I think we were spoilt for choice which to use.

  • I've written a blog post with comments on all of the SynthMaster contest entries, as well as a little blurb about the KORG Gadget remix contest that I also entered:

    Blog:
    Wtomusic"dot"com
(Avoiding moderation with that style of link).

That was a great read. Nice blog ya got there. :)

  • @TozBourne yes, excellent write up and as strange as it is we chose the same track name actually, both of our tracks started out the same ie., I created my originally in Cubasis using iSymphonic and liked it so I switched the sounds to Synthmaster. Strange but true!

  • @High5denied -- thanks you very much!

@Trueyorky -- that is interesting, I would say bizarre, but this is iOS...so I won't. Lol.

  • @TozBourne thanks for taking the time to write that, it was fun to read. To whoever wins, it will be well deserved, all of the tracks were excellent and varied, I enjoyed listening.

  • Thanks @TozBourne. Great to read your comments on all the tracks! :)

  • @mrufino1 - you're mighty welcome; it was a great listening experience (both times). Such good work in here, KV331 should be proud of their customers and their product.

  • Guys you are all GREAT!

Thank you very much to every artist who contributed to our contest!

We counted the number of the likes for the tracks, converted them to points and added up the votes of the jury, and here are the results:

  • first prize goes to "High in the Sky", second prize goes to "One in one out", and third prize goes to "Between dusk and dawn"

  • All other entries will get 2 banks of their choice for free

  • Cool, congrats! Great songs by all.

  • Congrats to da winners!

"Between Dusk and Dawn" was my personal favorite but I liked them all.

@AlterEgo_UK I just saw your comment, thanks!

  • Top sounds. Top dev. Top contest.

  • Thanks for running the contest, I'm glad I explored synthmaster a little deeper. And it forced me to write something, regardless of the quality, and finish it (or at least to post it).

    Congratulations to the winners!

  • My favourite was "Propulsion exponential (Floor it)" by stacypuckett , but I liked ALL the tracks! And I agree with @mrufino1 ,it was a chance to finish something and save it!

Thanks @TozBourne for the feedback on your blog and congratulations to the winners. (and to us since we all won!!)

  • @lbiyikoglu Thanks, I had fun. It did force me to explore synthmaster a little more. How do we claim the 2 free banks?

Congrats to the winners as well.

    Me wonder that as well?

  • They emailed me yesterday ,asking which banks I prefer. Cool! Hope to get them this weekend!

  • Me too! Very generous for them to offer free banks to everyone who entered. Was a very fun thing to do. As someone said above, it forced me to actually finish something.

  • Did anyone successfully restored purchases and got the new banks? I don't have the desktop version or serial number and I am a bit confused...

I just sent an email asking that exact question, so I'll post the answer when I get it.

  • I got an email asking which 2 banks I would like a few days ago. Nothing since then. I'm not worried, but am looking forward to the new banks. Wanna play some new sounds!! :)

  • I got an email this morning with the links to the presets, but since I don't have synth master for the desktop I'm not sure how to get them, so like I said, I'll post that when I get an answer from them.

    They send us another mail

"If you have the iPad version of SynthMaster Player you should register again using your email address
and your SynthMaster/SynthMaster Player desktop serial number. Registration/Download desktop preset banks to your iPad is explained in the following tutorial video:

    https://www.facebook.com/synthmastersoftsynth/videos/vb.219762151373689/1120982004585028/?type=2&theater "

but I don't have the desktop version to re-register and use serial number.

    Nice!

Ps. I also tried to request a key on the "user area"

    http://www.kv331audio.com/requestlicensefile.aspx

But apparently it's for the desktop version.

  • Yes, I did the same things, but it looks like the desktop key is the...key. We'll see what they say. It's not a huge deal and I'm sure it will work out fine, they're good people.

  • Ok, I see the deal now. Ya I don't have the desktop version either......So..... I be watin for the word @mrufino1.
