It's really a "freemium" - as there is an IAP to unlock full functionality. But it's cool that it's possible to try it out first on the free tier.
Still waiting to see if they will announce some similar discount on Premium outside the app store, as it also unlocks the premium features for Ampify Studio, but great discounts so far.

I have a high quality problem in that I have to choose between the generative tools that create stuff, and the stuff that would give me the sound I'm looking for, lol.

Cubasis for 25 is a steal. If you have a modern iPad with multiple high performance cores you can turn the multi-core rendering of CB3 on and use many more plugins than in AUM, for instance. That‘s really great also for mastering something you did in another host. On my iPad Pro 2021 I can run 30 instances of Model D at once without crackles in CB3.
