MIDI loops and extended notes

edited September 2025 in Loopy Pro

Hi Folks!

When I hold a midi note before the recording of a MIDI loop or don't release it before the recording stops, the loop omits certain notes on playback and has a general weird behaviour on which and how the notes are played. Or it keeps playing the notes even though the loop is on the new revolution already.

Is this normal MIDI behaviour where all the note on/off messages need to be included in the in the loop without extending before or after the loop?
