Is the 4.99 price a presale price or will it still be 4.99 after release on sale for a week or two? I’ve got so many synths I don’t really need another - but at that price it’s pretty much a no brainer. But would be nice to hear another video demo of some more sounds once it’s out before buying.

Great news, @AnalogMatthew ! I just preordered. I think I have all the Audiokit synths on my iPad. Nowadays I tend to record in Logic Pro on my Mac Mini. Is there any chance of your apps becoming fully universal?
How about an IAP* to remove the stupid comic character once and for all, I don't swing the hate word much but god what a mood killer that little bugger is. I know it's just my OCD or whatever, but I can't help it. I don't mean to be hurtful either, it's just my honest opinion.
Of course I pre-ordered despite the little (is it a ninja?) shit is in my face.

I feel the same about the character.
Me too, it makes it a little toy-ish, like something made for kids, not to be taken too seriously. It takes away the professional image these synths deserve.

I know about that but "he" still shows here and there, like between the pads (checking Nerd now) and after an update you usually have to turn it off again. I meant removed as in gone. Feels so stupid to talk about this, but it is what it is. If I can keep a good mood I really like to, you know.
I can't recall the app now but it's one with a Jordan Rudess cartoon floating around, that created a storm. It's been quieter round your choice to include it, whatever the purpose.

I'm the same about the cartoon characters. I don't know why, but they stop me using the (very good indeed) apps. Tapping does seem to stop the animation, but they're still there.

If I don't include a character in my next app, you better buy it to make up for the all the people complaining there's no character in the app 😂
I have them all so why stop, as you can read I'm not alone (puh!). There's artistically nothing wrong with the dude, his just in the wrong world. Start an animation studio on the side maybe.🤪

I'll second that. The characters give the apps some character haha. (Pun intended.) I guess it's our history with the FL Chan mascot, innit? Having a little anime girl dance to our tracks was something kinda dumb but also fun.
@AnalogMatthew It's fun to see what little mascot you'll create next. Please don't stop adding little characters Matt, but also give those who don't like the characters the option to turn off said characters in settings.

I can understand the distracting nature tho. For what Nerd, J6, and Virus offer, it adds a 'toy' element that doesn't fit their professional nature
That's said, it's now a branding that's gonna be expected by some and missed by others if removed
For me, it gives each synth its own added personality/charm
If it could be made a toggle-able feature, that would be dope. But I would be in the disappointed camp if they would stop now, tho
(Never remove them from Saga or Sne, tho. I WILL riot)

Hey @AnalogMatthew, under my assumption that the Donation Button in J6 allows Apple to take their large standard chunk out of it,
Do you have any alternate donation method that is outside of Big Apple's (3am) grubby mitts?
Or is the J6 button the best method?
(I completely understand and GREATLY appreciate your 'intro price' reasoning, and while my family is facing those exact issues, as small blessings grace us and I am trying to give back to this community where I can... And Id prefer whichever method nets you the most directly)
