    Actually, no need to try the update: you’re absolutely right - it’s 128 second releases! @Phil999, if you were interpreting the same behavior as I was, try selecting presets from the Bass category. If you’re getting occasional hung notes instead, let the developer know. Thanks @wim.

    as someone mentioned earlier in this thread - if you don't want voices to continue on while auditioning presets then you can enable auto panic in the settings. this will kill off all voices whenever a preset changes.

    oh, thank you all. That was it. Very long notes, not note hangers!

    I should have known. It’s not a synth. It’s a Buchla synth. You don’t just play them with a keyboard like a Korg or Moog.

    Great, then back to enjoying this exquisite software!
