Cubasis midi note not triggering synth
@LFS Once in a while i get all the notes in a midi region in Cubasis (many versions) that the notes do not generate any sounds. I put steambyter looking at the C4 who produce sound and the A3 that produce no sound. The only thing i see is that one does not generate velocity and note On event. The C4 is in a midi region where all the note play and the A3 is in another region where none play. Both region have multiple notes, not juste the CA and A3. Both note have a velocity in Cubasis. Where’s the difference ?

I don’t know the answer but I find all kinds of strange behavior with the midi in Cubasis , so i only use it for a few things instead of full on projects anymore 🤷♂️ kindof a bummer too cuz there’s a lot of good potential and the UI feels intuitive to me
Cubasis used to be super stable. I don’t know if it’s when they added the tempo track that things went off the rails.
I have confidence they will bring it back but it is frustrating when your trying to get things out.
Make sure to contact their support and supply demonstrations/examples so they can address the issues you are encountering.
