You're probably looking at it on the Patreon app. With Patreon, never pay for anything, not subs, not single purchases, through the iOS app. You'll find this widely discussed on the internet, it's a change that Apple imposed a year or so ago. All prices listed on the iOS app are higher than the website due to Apple's fees. You can use the iOS app to access Patreon content, but never use it to actually pay for anything. Android app is fine, prices there are the same as on the web.

If I look at the website, or the android app, it's $36. I'll hazard a guess you clicked on the link in chrome but the link opened in the iOS app and you didn't notice. No?

Yes, the way that apps open automatically when you click a link is a nightmare in situations like this. I wish Patreon would get rid of the iOS app entirely, it's the best solution to this problem imo.
