I have the same issue as DMfan - SM3 presets are not shown, but they do download. I have 7650 presets in total. I tried a re-install, but no change.
Let me debug this.
EDIT: Finally figured out why this wasn't working, fix will be in v1.0.3. Sorry for this annoying issue guys.

There is also this other bug (sent you emails about it during the beta cycle):
When editing the labels of the dials above the SM3 keyboard and then closing iOS keyboard (which comes up due to editing of the labels), SM3's keyboard is shifted to the top. This is only in standalone mode; it does not happen in AUv3.
I’m really thankful to have SynthMaster 3 Player on iPhone! I liked the old SynthMaster Player iPhone a lot, and the new one is already very good.
I have a few questions:
I don’t fully understand how the expansions work, and maybe others feel the same.
I have two expansions from SynthMaster Player (purchased via the App Store in the old app: Desktop Upgrade & Bundle Synth Giants). From SynthMaster One iPhone (the paid version), I also have the Desktop Upgrade from inside the app. In addition, I have two Natlife expansions from your website (thanks again for your generous coupons).
In the new SynthMaster 3 Player, it shows 1582 presets, but it’s not clear to me which ones these are. When I use the filter to show only my Natlife presets, it displays just 7 presets. It is possible to load the two Natlife packs from the shop tab, but they don’t appear after installing. The Synth Giants presets don’t appear either. Also, I couldn’t find a preset search function in the new app – are you planning to add one?
And two more general questions:
I really like having 8 knobs in the play section, but I miss the XY pads for live performance from the old app. Are there any plans to integrate the two XY pads into the new iPhone app?
I also really liked many of the old presets from SynthMaster Player iOS—for example, “AR Tabelized BT.” I checked the BigTones packs but couldn’t find that preset. Is there a way to get the standard presets from the old app into the new one?

Unfortunately I can not reproduce this issue so far. I tested with iPad 11 inch, iPad 10 inch and iPad 13 inch devices.
It might be a good idea to put the presets downloaded as IAPs out of the Apps Data, as that takes more than 1Gb of cloud backup that is easily redownloaded if needed. In my opinion only the user presets should be included in the App folder, I asked this previously of another synth that included a large bundle of optional factory presets and the devs opted for this solution.
Downloaded IAPs are stored under AppGroup folder, which is a private shared folder between SynthMaster 3 Player and SynthMaster 3 apps.
You are running v1.0.2 from AppStore, right? I just uploaded new versions of the iap preset banks, the issue was in the preset bank binaries. Could you try downloading those iaps again? You should be able to download them from the Shop screen.

Not sure what I can do to help. I have an iPad Pro M1 11inch, running latest IPadOS (currently 26.5 beta, but had the issue under 26.4, too).
I could never get old SynthMaster presets that I made on iPad into SynthMaster player in iPhone. I hope that’s gonna be easier with 3
Great stuff! Bought it and love it. However in Loopy Pro, when I assign a knob to the Marcos or xy parameters, moving the LP knob doesn't change the corresponding macro or xy in SMPIII. When I move the Macro or xy parameter on SMPIII, it does send feedback to LP, so moving macro actually moves the LP knob, but not the other way around.
Also tested in AUM, and mapping works fine there. Any suggestions or is it a bug perhaps?

Synthmaster 3 “sync my presets with cloud”.
Sync between my Mac desktop and the iPad for instance.
It says: “no changes detected”.
I had some patches which i like, made my favorite by Star them in the browser.
But this is not synced or would this be a feature request?
On the Mac, you have SynthMaster 3 Player right? Can you send me your registered user details so I can test?

On the Mac I use the SM Player 3 and SM 3.
But the Mac Player does not offer the sync presets feature I assume.
On iPhone and iPad: sync SM 3 Player seems not working on my side.
It's nice to have for sure , but no hurry with eventual fix

Does anybody else experience a crackling noise when switching presets ? This is in auv3 mode, in Loopy Pro.
I’m getting it in stand alone. Although that is on my Air2 while my Pro was occupied. I was just marking favorites.
That is expected behavior during preset loads. I tried turning down synth volume during loads. Let me look into the code again.
BTW, our v1.0.4 update will be our "official" release
I experienced this on the Mac version for quite a while, and it largely seems to be gone now. That said, turning off the preview option (I only just discovered that as a new option a week or two ago) seems to reduce the crackling significantly for me.
Previews were causing crackling, but I fixed that issue in our v3.4.9 update, so they are not causing CPU overloads anymore in the realtime thread.
I can confirm that turning off the preview option in 1.0.2 eliminates the crackling, that's good enough for me.
