Tessera Sequenced Resonator by Audio Damage (Released on iOS)

Tessera is a tuned resonator effect. Feed it a drum loop, a guitar, a synth, or a voice, and it uses that signal to excite twelve parallel resonator voices, each pitched to a note of a chord or scale you choose. A single hit blooms into a full chord. A sustained sound becomes a slowly shifting pad.
Under the hood are eleven resonator models: a plucked Karplus-Strong string, a bowed waveguide String, and nine banded-waveguide bodies, from tuned bars and glass to bells, bowls, membranes, plates, and tubes. Decay, Damping, Brightness, and Spread voice each one, from tight and percussive to vast and ringing.
Five motion engines decide how and when the twelve voices speak: Contour, SEQ, Strum, Arp, and Swarm, moving from shimmering arpeggios to strummed chords to drifting swarms, all lockable to host tempo. Same as the rest of our catalog: Mac, Windows, Linux, and iOS.

Patreon layout can be a bit confusing. I think if you just click on the video it will ask you to sign in, and then hopefully will give an option to join the free tier. There is definitely a free tier
Thanks I'll have another look ... though I'd clicked on video, seen a 30 sec preview, with "join to unlock" which when clicked, offers just the two paid options.
I seem to have a Patreon account of my own (must have signed up ages ago) but signing in to it doesn't offer any other options.
I may well be missing something obvious as I'm not familiar with Patreon, but clicking "Join Now", "Membership" or "Join to Unlock" only leads to the two paid options.
@craftycurate I changed something in settings just now to make the free tier easier to find, if you go to patreon.com/Gavinski hopefully now it will look as below and you can choose the Join for Free option:
