$5 for the @VirSyn AudioReverb is $5 less than I paid and it's my favorite Reverb. It has Plates and simulates IR's and is ahead of Kleverb sonically to my ears.

I cleaned out the @VirSyn Effects store this time after falling in love with their Reverb. I'm expecting the rest of the FX to also be sonically superior to the others.

I haven't tried their synths yet. Maybe next year. I'm saving so much (opportunity) money I'm in serious trouble as it is for loosing control. But these deals are too good to pass up.

Virsyn make some good synths, I’ve got nearly all of them - Addictive Pro is probably my favourite.

Animoog... wow. I had no idea. At $30 I wouldn't try it but for $9.99 on iPad and $2.99 iphone I got both and it's really something. It's AB/IAA so only one instance. IAP's only work on the platform used to purchase

2 instances if you have both versions ....

Anything else AU effects wise that might give me great joy?

    I added these too.

FAC Chorus (can warp audio too)
FAC Transient (can remove the reverb/echoes of drums)

Kleverb's Grand Finale to use A/B comparisons for a mixdown
Degrader (so many ways to add noise, distortion and mess it up)
Squashit ("who needs all those bits." - Nintendo)
Brusfri (Noise Reduction... like for background hums on a mic)

RE-1 (bought a week ago) 3 tape heads with saturation, jitter, etc.
KB-1 an AUv3 MIDI Keyboard with option MPE Seaboard - just link it to multiple synths in AUM for fast layering along with MIDI FX, sequencers, etc.

On FRIDAY get Kozmonaut (Bram Bos) it's a reverb with delay and even looping function. The presets are great. The quick echo on drums adds another pair fo hands and feet to the same drummer.

Do you have Kleverb? If so, what’s your take?

I have it and put it just behind AudioReverb for clarity. I'm sure there will be some differences that emerge overtime. Right now AudioReverb just seems like a slightly better mic is recording.

I just added ADverb2 and it has this "long dark" preset that's just surreal.

Reverb is my "go to" effect so I get them all (when on sale).

Remember, Bran Bos Kozmonaut is going on sale Friday and it's reverb and multi-line delays with a looping feature. And so clean. A must have.

I have Kosmonaut, all of FAC stuff and just picked up Discord 4....I’ll probably definitely pick up GF. So many effect options.

Any opinion on how Eos2 compares to the others?
I just got it with plans to use it as my main all purpose verb but haven’t used it yet.

  • Eos is my go-to for Hall sounds. I bought it in the hopes of making a vocal track work and the second I plugged it in, the DEFAULT patch made the vocal sit perfectly.

    SOLD.

    Big fan of Eos here.

  • EOS2 my favorite period.

Which would be the reverb and/or delay effect of your choice, if you had to pick only one (for each)? Is there a good all-rounder or something synth specific? I am not sure if I can read that between your lines, that's why I am asking again

I really need one all purpose reverb/delay effect. Mostly going to use it on synths probably.

I'd go with $5 now AudioReverb for studio quality reverb and Kozmonaut (on friday) for delay (and dual purpose if you can only swing one app buy).

That settles it! I will buy Kozmonaut and see if that suffices (which I think it will). Thanks a lot!

  • I’m out. Of money. $100 or so. Doesn’t matter what else goes on sale 😬

    I will buy Kozmonaut

I just re-read the Bram Bos statement about Black Friday pricing and "nothing will be over $5... except Noir" and Kozmonaut is normally $3.99 so it might not see a discount from that low price.

Ruismaker FM is the only one I am missing but for 5,50€ I have the whole year to decide. I was thinking this is going on sale too

  • so what are the advantages of Kosmonaut over Dubstation? I have Dubstation already and other delay plugins. Also I feel like I should get Aum and Rozeta but don’t know what I’d use either for as I don’t play live.

They’re both good, but I use Kosmonaut more as it tends to thicken the sound better.

    At these prices, get both.

  • Awesome one! Would love to get it AND an iPad Pro with huge screen to play with it

Which Fingerlab modular do you mean? The only thing which comes close to a modular is Musyc Pro but that is still paid. Got a free version of that though.

Dude... sorry! It's pulsecode, not fingerlab
Guess i put it on the wrong folder here! lol

Dimitry kochlov joined the sales team with his chord flow app

Is it good? It got some nice updates this year but I am still on the fence ;)

I really dig it! One of my main chord progression builder apps

Thanks for the headsup... so many amazing deals and so few pennies at the end of the month....aaahhhh

  • Nothing really jumped out at me. Been spending more time with hardware. But the Korg Electribe Wave update and IAPs made me drop my jaw. I’m more than satisfied with that alone.

  • Bought ADverb2, PhaseThree, and KB-1 thus far. Eyeing the Amazing Noises Limiter, but not sure if I really need it with Maxima already in the toolbox.

  • I’ve picked up Auria Pro with video import, Grand Finale, BeatHawk String Ensembles IAP and KB-1.

  • Bought Quanta to play along with Spacecraft :)

  • Picked up Autony and iWavestation, and I grabbed QuantaChord earlier this week. Waiting for Phasemaker to drop tomorrow, and I'm on the fence about Grand Finale

I am curious about Grand Finale.

Sound quality compared to FabFilter stuff in Auria Pro?

  • What about Fab filter... Will it go on sale!!??? Please

Yeah, I would love to try the Modular by Pulsecode, but I do not think it will go on sale again. The company went kinda quiet. And there is no way I am paying 10 bucks for that app if I already got Model 15 and Ripplemaker.
