So this Christmas it is? 3rd try :#

  • If it does drop during these next couple of weeks, we’re all gonna be pros by July with all this free time.

  • Yeah but the bugs will make Corey V seem like a walk in the park 😂 #toosoon? 😬

  • Perfect timing for a release that is both pre "apple app review apocalypse" and live "everybody's confined as never before and ready to invest time and few bucks into that long awaited app"

    Isn't it @giku_beepstreet ?

Stability was good enough for demos, looks good enough to me for release! 😁

  • @giku_beepstreet , come on, just release the damned thing.
So what if we find some bugs, Thats the way we make things better around here?.
Even if you think there are none, we will find some.
Time is even more precious now for some.

Beepstreet spread the Virus to delay the release!
    Of course a bad one.
This would be indeed the perfect time but i guess it might be a few months away.
I love the Beepstreet synths but his promises are often far from reality and new synths let older synths suffer a bit from support.
So i read even about a possible mac version?I doubt that like with his others apps. Maybe good since he once tried the desktop way and gone back to iOS exclusive.
He is a one man show so give him time.
This might be his biggest project ever and maybe the only one in the long future with much support.
So a buggy start could damage its release.
Beware that the forum voices are just a little part of customers and too often app store ratings are 1 or 5 stars.

  • @Clueless ,lol, I know dude, I’m just bored waiting for it

  • To anyone wondering why this hasn’t been released yet:

Look at any and every new app release thread. People bitching and whining that their specific desired feature wasn’t included. People get pissed that the dev didn’t consider them and their needs as an individual as if devs poll every single person and add every feature everyone asks for.

Now realize that happens for small apps, apps that are a singular instrument or fx. Imagine what’s going to happen if @giku_beepstreet releases this for $15 and it’s not fully featured and has a few bugs. The same ones pushing for this to be released ASAP are the first ones who are going to complain about every bug and missing feature because “I waited so long and paid money for this app and it can’t even suck my dick”.

Are you saying that the dick sucking module has now been removed?

Better than being the first IAP I suppose :D

  • The thing is, I buy Audiolayer or wait for Drambo?

You should buy AudioLayer anyway. A true workhorse and completely different beast than Drambo.

If you think releasing it later will prevent people from picking it apart (ina good way) or from requesting new features, I think you’re very mistaken.

What will happen if it’s released with a few bugs?
    They’ll get fixed ASAP
It will be released with a few bugs, that’s the nature of software development, you can’t find every potential problem until the mass market takes it for a spin.
That’s completely expected in this game.

No need for ‘suckin dick’ or bitchin and whinin

You are right, "but". Drambo sampling capabilities are high. It is true that Audiolayer is really "the way" for sampling on iOS, but my question then becomes, do I really need Audiolayer for sampling or I can just use Drambo, which has however a lot of useful features for sampling? In the end seems individual choice, the only variable is economic resources, money. I do not hesitate to say that I would buy Drambo right now and not Audiolayer if it came out now. I know, maybe I am just a bad guy.

Nah, no bad guys. And your money decisions are obviously your own. I'd say that AudioLayer as a sampler is designed to do things that I've not seen in drambo videos yet (and vice versa). I'd suggest watching some of the AL videos.

  • If you are more focused on sampling than on modularity get AudioLayer

    I will do!

  • Very much appreciate the manual. So many apps are released without a proper manual. This also helps answer many of the questions I have. Great work.

    Cheers

  • @giku_beepstreet thanks for the manual 👍
Always like to R.T.F.M on nightshift

  • @Sergiu I believe you were asking for the manual some time ago

  • This week's winner.

Thanks! As usual probably I will end up taking both, "even if".
