I am totally mind blown by Drambo. I can't find the words in la langue de Shakespeare to qualify this masterpiece or to express my enthusiasm toward it...
It somehow feels like a brand new spring has come for electronic musicians.

Good to hear. What did you watch or see or read that helped you get going the best/the quickest or clearest etc? Asking as someone who bought the famous object of course, but has yet to make a start (and is somewhat fearful

I am familiar with elektron boxes and been messing with apps and hardware synths and sequencer for quite some times so I felt at home quickly in Drambo ecosystem with simple trial and error exploration.
A good start is to load a bunch of preset instruments, mess with them, record a couple of patterns and scenes (slider).
This alone can bring you quite far, and this is barely the tip of the iceberg.
Cool, can I praise somebody else who finds it impossible to post to the Drambo thread about Drambo, but prefers to fill the entire forum with threads about Drambo, because you know, we haven't already had three years or whatever it is of non stop posting about Drambo in the thread about Drambo, so lets post new threads in the forum about Drambo, because you know Drambo is modular, sort of, so lets make all the Drambo posts modular, and leave little Drambo modules all over the forum, just in case anybody forgets about Drambo, because you know, Drambo is..........repeat infinitum, and die of boredom, or is that Drambdom.
Drambo is awesome.
You can make your own FX, sequencers and midi filters etc. to use in AuV3 hosts or just in the standalone app.

I'm going through Ben's videos and another fellow that Ben also recommended. The other fellow has shorter videos... only started Ben's actually.
This is the guy Ben gave a shout out to. His videos are only about 7-8mins long. They start with one task, and finish with that task completed. Then the following videos build on the previous. I've only watched 7 of them so far.
Ben's are good so far too... but they appear to be mostly very long, ie. 15min-55min. I haven't watched many yet because I have an aversion to long tutorial videos
After kinda holding myself from buying for a few days it facing the amount of praise that it received here I finally broke down and picked it up a few hours ago.

Ben’s videos are great - he has a pleasant easygoing personality, and is a real Jedi at this. What I really like about Drambo is just how useful it is in any environment - it’s own, AUM, Nanostudio 2, ApeMatrix, etc. it seems to play really well with others. After about a week and a half, I feel pretty comfortable with it as a sequencer, a sound module, or sound processor. There is a learning curve, but I’m having fun with it.
A common feeling no doubt, and one that I certainly share. Drambo intimidates the hell out of me.
I'm grateful for all the Drambo tutorial videos out there, but you can also count me as one of the big fans of Ben's (@bcrichards ) easy-going pace and soothing style.
There are definitely times I want the speed and directness of @Daveypoo 's Drambobites series, but other times I kick back with a glass of whisky and enjoy Ben's laid-back masterclass.
@JohnnyGoodyear have you seen this YouTube tutorial series on Drambo by SoundForMore? It might be just what you’re looking for. The man has already done close to 20 videos in the last couple of weeks. He keeps them short and concise but always good basic information, I’ve learnt a lot. And this isn’t the only app that he’s doing a series of videos on, the man is a machine. Seriously, he deserves full credit from the community for the service he provides. Unsung hero in the IOS music world as far as I’m concerned.

Thank you RJB. I've just watched his first and am pleased there are a stack more. You are exactly right; his approach is avuncular which is precisely what we boys at the back of the class need to build our confidence up

The fact that its modular without the patch cables is a massive plus for me and i'm another one who has learn't alot from Bens videos. A massive thumbs up from me!
I had to refund drambo. It felt like trying to program in an alien language for a species that doesnt yet exist

I am getting satisfaction by how well Drambo looks loaded in AUM.
For some reason, it feels like one big app to me.
It is cool.
When I tried to do modular without patch cables before, I couldn’t get any sound out of my stupid patch.
