What's Drum Surgeon like, anyone? Any good? I like 4 Pockets so I assume it isn't just a gimmicky doo dad but I wonder if it's simply an EQ with particular presets?

I saw these for free but thought I wouldn't bother, because maybe I could find these in archive.org and whatnot. Than I read your comment about it and you made me realize maybe it's easier this way, since they are grouped by theme

I was on the fence about even posting them, they’ve been on sale for a day or so, but ultimately I thought somebody here might enjoy them, either for listening, or getting audio clips. Yea it’s not to bad to screen record, then extract audio from video. I don’t do it that often but it’s always an option, if needed. Cheers!

What I generally do plug the ipad to hardware samplers and recorders
And these kind of apps are great for this... adds some extra grit. Then if you feed it back to something like Samplr or Koala, it's great...

Edit: I guess I should clarify that it may not transfer the file to AudioShare. You may need to copy the exported file to AudioShare via the Files app...but it does extract audio from screen recordings.
Not audio, but...
Image converter is free... plus there is a promo within the app now for a free lifetime pass (usually $9.99).
When you record your screen, it saves the video on the Photo Gallery
From there, click the share button (square with arrow), and send to Files
There you can just save it on Audioshare folder.
Oh yeah... Normally the Screen Recorder is mute
If you hold the button, it shows option to enable microphone

There are several ways to do it. Once it’s recorded it’s in your camera roll you have a few options. There are several apps whose sole function is to extract audio from video. I’d say your best bet is an app, there are several out there, or what @senhorlampada said. Audioshare can convert audio into a few formats but for some reason not MP3, it does play .m4a files though. I like MP3 Converter it is inexpensive and goes free every few months.
I just realized a lot of these apps by this developer are currently free with the IAP lifetime pass promo available for free as well, usually $9.99 unlock a piece. So there’s the Audio Converter, the image converter, and several more. Make sure to open app got to settings and unlock the lifetime subscription promo for free.

Unlocked this one. Found an issue already, if you try to import Live Photo’s it puts a tick on the photo but there’s no ‘next’ button. Video import works fine though.
