Yep it is, but I think it has a bug in the song, pattern select. BTW it syncs with Cubase last time I checked.
I had a go at that after re downloading and it is indeed a whole bunch of fun. What might I ask are the upgrades I got that make this more fun now?
Midi input channels, Midi out, midi clock, Access to the Song controls menu, enable remote control.
OK, I got up and down for number of beats. Seems to work OK for me. Left and right is very erratic. You can select the number of blocks(?) but it unselects them as soon as it has played then and reverts to only having the first block selected. Shame it's a nice little app but it doesn't seem to have the finish that would make it a must have.
Yes it's tricky with quite a few controls but if you adjust this and other controls when playing the song you adjust left and right, up, down, but hold them for a few beats it then saves the change, hope this helps.
Thanks but I can't get song blocks to stay selected at all.
I know it's quirky and not very intuitive, but it does work so long as you don't lift your finger off the screen until the song tracks to the next pattern block when you adjust the size.
Thanks for your help but I just couldn't get along with it's quirks and deleted it.
No idea if it's any use, but it's free, for lyrical inspiration? BTW don't watch the video in the AppStore, epilepsy warning, anyway here it is, Writr by Sivvr

I find it best to stop the play back for most adjustments. Things seem to go smoother. Still loving this arpist thingy.
I think I paid for the Arpist IAP a couple of years back. Loaded it onto my iPad but still can't get on with it....things have moved on in the World of MIDI controllers...
Picked up IPulsaret; I foresee lots of fun wasted time with this one.
Oh hell, I went ahead and picked up Stria and IDensity also.
My name is Jeff and I have a problem...

Welcome Brother Jeff. One app's too many, a thousand's not enough. Take your seat here now. You're amongst friends.
Damn you hardware for costing so much!
Your high prices make app purchases seem negligible in comparison.

I thought I would only need one out of iPulsaret iDensity and Stria. It turns out that wasn't the case, and besides I couldn't discern which one was the one to get, so I ended up with all three. Stria is where i've spent most time over the past few days. iPulsaret is the one I thought I wouldn't need and got last, but that's had quite a bit of usage too. iDensity was the first, with the iAP nearly simultaneously, but it's not been touched yet apart from a quick demo prod or two.

Oh lovely, been waiting for this - bang goes my morning - or rather 'whoosh, grrrrooolll, pssddhhhhh, ptang-ptang'
That's funny my stomach is making those noises, has been since 4am, too much resonance, me thinks!
Its a bit like cheese, you should lay off too much high-pass filter before bedtime.
Thanks for the heads-up with Fieldscaper, I'd be early adopting this one, offer or not!
Have duely purchased Stria. I can confirm humid caves.
