Yep, the Air was the first 64-bit iPad, so if you have one released after that you should be good.

    :)

It didn't make it into the video, but the Apple Pencil can be used as a controller. It's like dropping a joystick onto the screen. Also you can follow camera brightness - use your hand like a Theremin.

Any questions just let me know!

Oh, man. ANOTHER one? There's no way to tell my children that I'd rather have an iTunes gift card for Father's Day than coffee mugs or running shirts. (I still want the half-assed drawings, of COURSE.)
Can someone confirm that this is above mortal skill level so I don't feel guilty passing it up?

True, the iOS 'Kitaro' to play Silk Road

  • At 45 seconds in, how do i get to that scree to access the ability to do the split screen? The only place i can find in the app that remotely resembles the above where i can drag the presets into their respective screen slots is under the settings tab. under Polyphony. But, It looks different, and I don't have any presets to drag over to them.

Where is this cool feature? Or, how do I access it?

sorry Dude, if you have fingers, you'll qualify.
that is, for playing it. programming it might require additional skills.

  • after just playing with this for a minute or two -- multiple patches on screen totally transforms this app, wow! this must be even better on the large iPads, but even on the Air it is phantastic!

air 1? I think it is?

  • I have air 1 and it works.Just load multi ...

  • Does this have proper IAA instrument support (so that it can be played from a piano roll) and also have a transport?

Go into Load / Share, and choose the Multi folder on the left. Load any of those to get started, and from there you can edit / duplicate / create a new Multi.

Yeah no kidding. It will be a little while yet, though.

TC-11 doesn't run on MIDI, so it won't load into an instrument slot. But it does have Audiobus (of course) and IAA for recording. It also supports state saving.

  • man this is so neat. Such an amazing app before. Thank you for adding the ability to use multiple presets! So much fun!!!

  • @BitShapeSoft

thank you and congratulations! such an awesome update. apart from the new features, it also seems to sound better? or maybe it just appears that way because multiple patches create richer sounds together. it even feels like the look is refined (new colors?)

  • This, the iDensity and the Patterning updates have made a skint app buying free month a lot easier

  • Yes I also have been wanting this wor a while. Amazing timing. I was just debating to get either moog 15 or this. Moog Won but at this price you cant not buy it. Now I have both. Synthtastic! The age of Aquaris all over again!
    Haq Attack tutorial anyone?

Thanks! It shouldn't sound different, but I agree that playing more than one patch can make a really full texture. No new colors, but if you haven't done it yet, try turning off 'Draw Background Color' if you like a more stark appearance.

I've also seen people invert the entire iPad screen in the System Preferences, which can be pretty trippy.

  • awesome! anyone written any patches for this?
