Don't know what the current/best of videos would be but I'm sure @SecretBaseDesign could chime in on that...

No new videos on IL, but I might get off my duff in the next few weeks.

For apps that don't get enough love --
Chordion. All of the Olympia Noise apps are gorgeous. Patterning gets a lot of well deserved love, but Chordion holds a special place in my heart. I wish I could steal Ben's magical sense of the right colors. He could put a single square on the screen, and it would be the most beautiful square ever put on a screen.

And Flying Haggis. It's the guitar effects app that lets me sound like me.

    I LOVE Chordion.

  • NanoLoop (where more love == more love from the developer in the form of Audiobus support)

Come on man, does anyone even own this? It's an amazing delay+ app. Could use an update to part of the UI to catch up with the rest of the holderness apps though.

I own it. It's excellent. Next!

  • I'm going to suggest DM2. I think most DM1 owners don't own it. If this is you, check the about screen in DM1 and you will see the name Pascal Douillard repeated. He is the developer behind DM2.

    Most definitely!

I often use this to supplement me acoustic based tops for contrast.

  • GLITCH BREAKS !

ANother one I love to use on the LIVID.

Geez I never put the time in to get what to do on that.

  • iMini....I wish they would make it stable in IAA or even release an AU

    Got it today

    Monster MIDI controller

Haven't figured it all out yet but what I did I dig it.

  • NS1 - this little AU synth is capable of making some of the best "omnisphere-like" pads I've ever heard! Lush, grainy, shimmery, moving, wonderful pads. Just add reverb.

Thumbjam is just still amazing. y'all know it works with force touch on the iphone?

Crystalline - boutique reverbs on ios. Jeez that's cool.

AUM - Will never take it for granted!

Scary it is like you are inside my brain.

I did a bunch of SynthQ presets for him.

Most people don't know about that freakshow of a modular synth (semi I guess)

It is dub/trap killa for the crazy modulation potential on there.

    Thanks for the shout-outs :)

I'm still plugging away on synthQ — getting ready to release version 1.5 which features an Ableton-Link enabled sequencer module. Looking for beta testers now if anyone is interested in trying it out!

I've been using the synth a lot myself lately ever since Elastic Drums got it's sampler update — so I've been importing synthQ sounds directly into ED and making full tracks without ever needing to touch a computer :) Going to be posting a lot of new tracks and promo material as soon as this next update is finished.

Great to hear the personal use cases of developers. And great to hear about the seq module!

Z3TA+ -- a brilliant synth that would benefit from even a small update. even in its current state, still one of the very best

    Agreed. Totally.

Grain Science and iTuttle. Both cool. Both need updates.

  • SynthX. If only it had AB/IAA...

  • Oh - and Argon. Great synth. Could do with an update too to use latest SDKs etc.

  • Let's not forget iMS-20 & iPolysix. Need more MIDI love from Korg. I'm in this game because of iMS-20!

And, Epic Synth. Great little synth.
