I had 6,9 GB free after i installed all 16 soundpacks (they are just 1,6GB alltogether, not 2,3 GB like somebody else mentioned.I hope i DID get all of them ;-) so this shouldn't be an issue here.I really hope you'll find something,i still didn't want to listen carefully thru all sounds if i can't mark them as favs...Like somebody else mentioned,it seems that all started after the iCloud integration?
Thanks for the info. We might be making some progress with the Favourites bug ... finally!
30-something GB free. But yea, it kinda went fubar with the favs when iCloud in alchemy got activated on two devices connected to the same account. But it's weird tho since I actually did a backup of the plist file, slapped it on both the iPad and iPhone so they both had the same favs. Still got wiped after killing/restarting.
@ZenPunkHippy , I have 10.8 GB and 8.2 GB on the two iPads that experienced the favorites bug. I haven't lost the favorites since I switched off the iCloud storage option. As @Crabman mentioned, the favorites issue started after the iCloud integration.

I even did not use iCloud in the beginning but the favs disappeared anyway.I disabled it right after i opened alchemy the first time on my ipad.I tried iCloud first a couple of days later, after i installed it in my phone.Favs also got wiped quickly so i disabled the cloud again.
There might be a relation to the cloud but it does NOT only happen if the cloud is activated.
Thanks for all the help, I think the bug has now been identified and should be fixed in the next update.
In the mean time, if you are logged in to iCloud and Alchemy Mobile is enabled in iOS Settings the bug should not occur.
The setting in Alchemy Mobile itself (on the "Settings" menu) can be either on or off, it's the setting in "iOS Settings" that causes the wrong file to be synced.
It's a bit confusing, I think the reason it was hard to identify might because we were talking about 2 different "Settings".
mmmh,i am always logged in to the cloud and alchemy is as well (in iOS settings, not the app itself),i never changed the ios setting cause i didn't think about. But the bug occured anyway.
i'll give it a try with both settings disabled.Would be good enough for now if the favs will remain this way.
Alchemy was never disabled on iCloud (under the regular iOS settings app -> iCloud) here. But just checked, and it said 50kb something of data, so I wiped that (by turning iCloud off/on), will do the same on the phone tomorrow to make sure all iCloud data is gone, and try slapping the plist files back on both devices and see if it that solves it.
I switched of both iCloud settings now and tested the favorites again. It was fine until i restarted the iPad.All favs wiped again after the restart.
...and the last test:i switched on both icloud settings and made 5 favorites, always the first one from the first 5 libraries (starting with factory presets).result:Alchemy didn't start,it always got stuck in the loading screen.I had to restart the pad.Unnecessary to mention that the favs disappeared after the restart
So,there's no workarround (at least on my device).
@ZenPunkHippy: any news about the Favorites problem?
@others: does this also (or other bugs) occur on iOS8?I'm gonna buy a new iPad soon but really not looking forward to the new iOS.
We released Alchemy Mobile 2.3.11 yesterday. The deleted favourites problem should be fixed, and we also fixed a few glitches with iOS 8.
Thanks for the quick fix.The favorites seem to work so far (on IOS8.1).
This latest update fixed my no-sound problem when sending Alchemy Mobile thru Audiobus. Haven't turned iCloud storage back on yet, but everything else seems fine.
