I am trying to test this honest....I'm not just grinning and laughing while making random fart noises
Im actually trying to build a poly ripplemaker using zmors and multiple instances of the synth
Give in to your urges. The farts are calling you.
This video of Mother-32 cracks me up every time

Yeah see if you can crash it. I've had quite a few instances running in AB3 with no problems so far
I'm such a child when it comes to semi / modular. It's so easy to make the wacky and the weird that I totally forget what I'm meant to be doing!
O that's just so much why we got into music in the first place....well me anyway lol
I actually managed to crash the entire core audio system lol. Completely lost all audio. Had to restart my iPad to get sound again. Been trying to replicate it for Half a day to no avail. Could be just cause I hadn't restarted in over a week. (Usually Just use the power button trick to kill ghost apps)
Yep just managed that myself. I saved the patch just before, so going to try again lol
I can replicate it with a patch now. Not sure there's anything can be done about this, it's just a safety system in iOS to stop us damaging the inbuilt speakers I do believe.
Looking forward to this getting released, done some semi modular with iMS-20, have always wanted to learn more and break away from always using fixed routed synths. I've tried Model 15, but with the UI being so big and having to scroll around it is far to easy to get lost with what a patch is doing, and it makes it difficult when learning... the UI on this looks really good and compact and hopefully I will find find it great for learning more about modular.
Oh it's definitely good that you saved the patch. @brambos would really appreciate it if you shared it with him. He has an idea what's causing it. The patch will help him smash the bug.
Indeed... please PM it to me. I suspect it's likely a division by zero sneaking through the cracks (possibly by the filter getting unstable due to some rogue control voltages). I'd love the have a look!
I've already sent them. Hope it helps.
The Scorpions said it best when they released Wind Of Change.
I fear this dates me, I do not care.
That gratifying puff at :46
Trancey Timehole. I blinked and now its 1.30 and I have to work in am
I know what that feels like
I think I've also squashed the audio killer bug. Adding a tiny capacitor after the CV input jack to ensure the filter isn't overloaded at high update frequencies seems to solve it.
Aw man, is the input <=> output connections only a permanent change ?
Interesting. You're building your synth like a real one? But instead of using real parts like ops, transistors and caps you're using code blocks?
Indeed, most of my synths use circuit modelling to ensure the signal behaves in a realistic analog way.
Nice. So combining ressources like diyaudio.com with Swift code snippets from lets say Mattew Fecher or Audiokit could be a good starting point for an iOS synth project.
Circuitmaker SDK
This is more like how it should be done

hehehe Inflate your cheeks and make a fart noise
I've stopped trying to break it....will make patches now lol
can i please has the patches ?
Sure! Here ya go...
