    Are you serious?
People don't pull software magically out their arses, so please stop and go make something with the affordable software that is basically an Ableton Live for iPad, that you are now crying over because it's not on a device that is about a 3rd the size and No longer has a headphone jack but only a proprieta...
    Look, just stop.

Go play with your super iPad busybody

I've an iPad Air 1 with a tiny 16GB storage, so I don't know what you are trying to imply with the "super iPad" comment. You know who else has the same shitty old 16GB iPad Air 1? AudioDabbler from YouTube.
You don't need the newest shit with all the bells and whistles to make promising projects, what you need is the work.

I'm not sure if you realize it, but you are being very disrespectful of the feelings of others that have been involved in iOS music way, way longer than yourself. You have an opinion--that's great! Nothing wrong with that! Your anti-iPhone comments, however, are caustic and not community inclusive. And the same goes for those who are being disrespectful to you--this is a community, a darn good community! We should all be friendly toward each other and helpful. Personally, I have purchased nearly every music app since 2011. I know several that have as well. I've moved from iPad to iPhone for my own personal reasons, and found that I actually prefer it. The fact that I prefer it to the iPad does not mean that it is bad. It does not in any way make me less of a member of this community. Nor does in in any way diminish from those who use iPads. We are fighting over form factor and preference!!!! That's crazy!!! Please! Let's stay cool! All of us!! To once again over-quote the cliche:

Can't we all just get along?!? @Sebastian @MichaelTyson

  • You all now when BM3 will be universal:

    Sooooooooooooooon ;)

Also I have a feeling that delay of BM3 going universal ,echoes BM2 updates ,dates , ssss

  • I'm holing off upgrading my iPhone 5 until I see signs of a beta or it totally breaks down...
I will however be going iOS11.1 the moment leaves beta, too bad my Phone can't run it :D
(Just a side-note, those holding on to iOS9.x keep us from getting proper AUv3 automation).

The fact is that intua promised iPhone users will be able to have it too.

Opinions of how it will be usable on the device are secondary.

The promise is the primary consideration. I hope they don’t follow the bad example of @Chris_Randall and break it.

Gadget works just fine on iPhones, as do synths like mono/poly , animoog, synth scaper and mood.

BM2 is just fine even on an iPod touch lol ( same screen size as iPhone SE).

The fact that they just updated the above mentioned app is simply a bad sign that BM3 will likely not be ported to iPhone imho.

For some of us “mobile music “ means iPhone. Many of us have iPads too but love having key apps on our phones cause we don’t need to carry iPads around with us. We like to make music in parks or trains or even in bed lol..

We are as valid a customer as iPad users. We may not be as many, but our money is the same and our skills certainly match iPad users.

Why would you talk shit about Chris Randall? He's done his best to make as many apps as possible universal and he's never promised anything about that. Infact, he even explained why his latest app couldn't be universal and why others may never be. Ya know what? I can't use his latest app on an iPad Mini 2 because the screen is too small. But did I bitch and complain about it? Not at all. I accepted that for what it is and I still keep my eye out for the next app that might be more suitable for my device. So think before you post stupid shit like this.

Because @Chris_Randall promised a universal version of phosphor then went back on it because he realised he couldn’t do it and no apologies lol.

He rushes his apps through as we know. Take pumphouse for example. On my iPhone 7 I can only run one instance of it with AUM, it crashes if I try adding more.. yet I can have multiple apefilter or even Italizer and no cpu strain

Audio damage has fanboys on here cause his apps are cheap, I’m not one of them

I do think before I post, I suggest you think before u comment lol

I’m glad u quoted the moderators as I rarely see moderation on here lol

  • Wouldn’t touch that with a 40 ft pole..

  • I’ll end my participation in this thread by bringing up another valid point:

Is it really fair that iPad exclusive users hate on those that prefer or only have iPhones when the latter don’t say that iPad users are irrelevant or shouldn’t have apps?

I have so many decent apps on my phone it’s unreal and they all work fine, with the exception of Gadget/ AUM, there are really not any options for daws/ sequencers

iPad has Cubasis ( which was also promised to be universal lol), Auria, modstep and a few others...

I have an iPad which I use for design on occasion but I simply prefer iPhone for music...

    The essence of the argument.

  • Trolltastic!

  • Korg Gadget finally gets a fully featured keyboard sampler

  • I stepped away for a day and this just went berzerk in here. Lol

People even calling the cops too. lol

Look, @Love3quency I'm genuinely sorry to hurt your feelings. Ya'll totally misread my tone. I'm more of the tough-headed team member rooting with you than the soft-spoken school counsellor with cookies. I still stick to my guns saying that you need to learn how shit works and the basis of some of your statements are hilarious.
At the end of the day...
LET'S GET OUT THERE AND CREATE SHIT!

And @Audiojunkie WTH are you going on about?
Probably you misread what I said but my quote you posted basically says that one does not need the newest gear, what one needs is hard work. I was referring to what some other guy said making fun of me having an iPad.
If you find my response disrespectful and hurtful to people's feelings, then... I dunno, bye.

Indeed. That is not fair or right by any stretch.

However, I for one haven't expressed any "hate". I've only tried to provide the reality behind why iPhone products don't get as high priority from developers as you expect they should. If you construe that as "hating" then I'll take note and avoid engaging in further discussion with you 'cause I'm sure to hurt your feelings again and again. -Peace.

I'm gonna boycott Intua and talk shit about all the other devs until I see all these apps released for my Apple TV. ;)

  • Not my bag either, but there IS this group on Facebook  https://m.facebook.com/groups/1508964386011895

  • Thanks @Audiojunkie
Not my primary source for music apps but I’m bit interested on find other people looking for watch/atv audiovisual possibilities.
Last Saturday I was djing with a friend at a crossfit gym party and, due my studies in health care and fitness, time to time wonder about some implementation of sensor data into music as biofeedback. There is a OSC free app but it doesn’t includes accelerometer or heart rate as inputs so I still need to continue searching...

@Love3quency if it's any consolation you will never be able to buy an app on the hope that a universal version will release eventually since apple made the app store device only. So atleast you won't be disappointed in future.
