    in the update 2.5 it says: MIDI note learn on drum machine: configure each drum sampler exactly like your MIDI controller.

    it fits all my needs!! my midi controller only sends CC, and i NEED to map the pads using it. but i can't find the way to do make drum pads midi learn. i press the button "GM drum mapping", but it just does nothing. any tips? I post in bm2 forum, but nothing :( i only have hope on AB forum.

    When you are in Drum Sampler push upside right 'Learn Button' and when pads change color select One, push your pad on controller, and now is mapped...

  • thank you. this forum works like a charm.
    anyway, they didn't do it. why don't allow CC's messages to map pads!
    this break my nerves, something so simple, made so difficult.

  • @eccecelllo for CC you need to open it on Instrument menu' (where you add a new instrument), there is a little midi button, if you push it you can see all CC to map or learn for any pads.

    @sinapsya thanks for the tip. but CC doesn't work for triggering pads. :( that's so discouraging...

    CC are showed only to control variable parameters like volume, pan, etc. of the samples of the pads. but not to trigger them... i thought on midibridge, but it offers to change CC numbers for other numbers, or NOTES for other NOTES, but not CC for NOTES...

    my controller only sends CC!! but i want to trigger samples using it! no app out there capable of triggering samples using CC ?! i can't believe it.

    i would love so much (and would pay a good money for it) an app in which i could configure my own midi bindings---> receive CC1 value 127 then send (thru virtual midi) NOTE 1 ON, NOTE 2 OFF and after 2000 mls send CC5 value 0 <----

    so i could assign many actions pressing a single midi pad or button. it's crazy nobody did an app for this yet.

    One thing: what's controller do you have?

    I'm not sure, but I think that MidiBridge can make this.

    @sinapsya thanks a lot for the midibridge impulse! i asked them and a very quick and positive feedback from nic came. it's possible! using "stream byter module". i am impressed. nic lines from midibridge support:

    Yes, what you describe can be done using the Stream Byter module using
    rules like this:

    # David's pedal binding
    BX 00 7F = 9X 00 40 +C # CC1 127 -> note on 1
    BX 00 7F = 8X 01 00 +C # CC1 127 -> note off 2
    BX 00 7F = BX 04 00 +D2000 # CC1 127 -> C5 2sec delay

    i want to trigger my pads using... chan ta ta ta channnnn... irig blueboard toy.
