Thanks for the nudge Capn. I live in a sparsely populated seventies spies and paranoia world and this sounds like a worthy addition...
Too bad he's no longer with us, he was hilarious
(Sometimes Youtube actually recommends something I like haha).
When both my wife AND the Capn tell me I should watch Mister Pratt then I surely shall.
I still think the Tomorrow War with Mister Pratt is one of the most under-appreciated sci fi movies to date.
Didn’t like Chris Pratt much until he did Guardians of the Galaxy and he’s been doing pretty good work since.
Hahaha!
'All Of Us Are Dead' (Netflix)
Didn't know anything about it, going in. Enjoyed it a lot. Interesting twists and red-herrings.
'Boys' ? I dunno...Really disliked the first season. Really enjoyed the second season. Just started the third, and I just don't know if I can be bothered.

Almost forgot one, that I want to mention. One of the funniest dudes Nathan Fielder just started a new show on hbo max called The Rehearsal. Absolutely hysterical, but in a unique deadpan kind of way. I highly recommend watching his previous show on Comedy Central called Nathan for You, as well. So funny.
Netflix quietly removed a few of my favorite shows, annoyingly.
People Just Do Nothing
Toast of London
Extras
Anything and everything Taika Wahtiti touches is great. Movies and TV series. Can’t recommend checking out his entire catalog enough. Straight Brilliant.
Trainwreck - Woodstock 99 on Netflix
Fargo the series on Hulu. On season 2. Yes, it’s great.
“Gold” on Hulu.
The song that runs over the credits. Perfect. Don’t want to spoil it. Too recognizable.
Glad to see that City on a Hill has returned for a third season.
Is it the Sopranos or The Wire? No.
If it any good? It’s wicked good!
Great cast, characters, writing.
Kevin Bacon seems to be having so much fun playing a charming heel, and the mutual hatred that he and his wife (played by the eternally luminous Jill Hennessy) express for one another is disturbingly convincing.
Barry - hilarious at times, dark as hell at others - superbly written
I unsubscribed from everything and I just watch YouTube theses days.
I sometimes "mindless scroll" or "mindless watch" YouTube's suggestions and find funny things like this. If you watched 2 or 3 documentarys on Netflix, you will quickly understand that this guy is dead-on.
House of the Dragon (Game of Thrones prequel) - immense fun looks spectacular. Budget is huge, the first few episodes of the original Got look really cheap and 'made for TV' in comparison.
Perfect description. What a great show.

Old friend of mine arting about the climate crisis 😁
(He’s dragging a contact miked tree through the streets of London)
Shrek... I know it's funny. But I love this cartoon very much! It's sometimes difficult to find new movies promptly, so it's good to have some of old favorites in mind. However, if I don't have any idea what to watch, I just turn on the TV and watch the random content. After reading the https://www.firesticktricks.com/how-to-get-local-channels-on-firestick.html article it's indeed simple.
I’ve been meaning to mention this forever but 2 absolutely amazing and unique comedy shows by Nathan Fielder are must watch. His older show that was on Comedy Central, Nathan for You, is now on hbo max. His newest show on hbo/hbo max, The Rehearsal, recently ended season 1, but is available to stream. Truly brilliant and hysterical television.
Nathan for you
The Rehersal
Nathan Fielder also produces How To With John Wilson, which is also really great and unique.
Just finished Queens Gambit and absolutely loved it. Started Ozark finally as well but it’s about to go on pause while I watch the LoTR show and finish Better Call Saul. On season 3 of that right now.
Queen's Gambit is excellent tv
The St. Louis Cardinals murdering the Cincinnati Reds and have been watching for what feels like six hours after two rain delays. I am thoroughly enjoying it
Dude, everybody is murdering the Reds.😉
Just finished season 4 of Fargo. Excellent series.
I love playing the Reds. Especially at GAPB. And it’s extra nice after a roller coaster series with the Braves and somehow taking two of three
‘Chip Nerdiness’ at its finest
This is the best thing I've seen in ages.
The Old Man
House of the Dragon. I love it so far. Not having to try and fit in a ton of content from the books into a much shorter format feels like the pacing is a lot better. You never feel like there’s a lot not being shown due to lack of time.
And more dragons are never a bad thing.
