Something new from Klevgrand coming tomorrow (18th Sep 2018)
They've just posted a pixelated image on Instagram announcing something new coming tomorrow.
No idea what, image is too blurry to tell anything other than there looks to be some form of wavfore/osc view in the middle.
Don't know how to get a link or the image to here

Maybe a Synth of some kind with doing some crazy math between the oscillators....
Maybe ENKL will get a 'big brother' called KMPLX
I tend to like their fx apps, but find the synths to be a lack lustre to be honest.
The wave/OSC display looks quite a large part of the UI, my initial thought was maybe something like Kamata where you can draw your own shape.
They had a video about RC20 (Retro Colour) on the Instagram feed, the app is not on their homepage yet.
So maybe this will be a more tweak-able DAWCasette/LP/Distort/Degrade/Oldifier type of plug-in?
RC20 is by xlnaudio.com.
Not sure it has anything to with Klevgrand, other than shared office space.
Maybe it’ll be a Klevgrand workstation . That’d be cool
No one has guessed correctly yet. The instagram image shows nothing useful, but it is as quality an app as their last few releases have been.
It's great - can't wait for the conversations to begin tomorrow.
I think it’s Space Invaders
That photo is a great representation of what the app actually does, even if it doesn't show you anything useful visually.
So it's not a 'synth' nor an 'effect processor'... Hmmm, Interesting
Did you sign an NDA?
Chip-8 Bit?
No, but I was asked not to say anything.
@AndyPlankton probably knows! Quick grab him and force beer down him! He will squeal
That would be intersting with proper 'modulators'
(ie. for example 8/16-step 'value sequencers' that can be used as LFOs to modulate stuff).
Looks like a filter to me. Lfos etc.
Anyway, I find this 'get on the list to get it before everyone else' very telling of human nature. Parallel with taking selfies with famous people. I wonder what proportion of those early adopters will actually use the app in one month's time.
Shall see.
HAHA, decimator / bitcrusher
Now that would fall in the 'Effects Processing' category and do we need another decimator and if so will this 'replace' most of the others?
Blamsoft's Resampler is already pretty darn good at what it does.
Multiple sample player? Midi player? Multiple arpeggiator and/or cc sender? I see many pixilated keyboards and what looks to be a midi string...
looks like an LFO to me
Or Missile Command
Is the screenshot actually from the app? If not it could really be a bitcrusher haha
Looking like something with waveforms to me
Yes, the screenshot is actually from the app.
Topping Shaper would be even harder. Not impossible
It is only half of it though, on instagram you scroll and can see the other half, looks to have similar 'things' on it
hmm maybe a wave shaper? or wave folder ?
se-weeeet

Something like this?
