    Hello everyone,
This song is born of a conversation I had with my 3 year old son recently. I’m a window cleaner by trade and he thinks that I also clean the moon!! ;D
The song is weird in terms of structure...the hooks weird...but I wanted to have a beat in there that my boy might actually wanna shake his little butt too! Haha!

All thoughts are welcome and thanks as always.

    Lyrics.
Last night my three year old came marching up to me
He said daddy you clean the moon right?
And I was like, yeah that’s what I do....I clean the moon!
He said well next time you go, I’m coming too...

Listen daddy I’m serious, I’ve been a busy boy!
I’ve been practicing on all my cars, cleaning all my toys
I’ve made them nice and shiny, and I think I’m ready!
Plus mummy says you can use the help
    She’ll hold the ladder steady.

I wanna climb high, up there with you
And make the world a little brighter just like you do
And when we have cleaned the moon...I’ll clean the stars
You can keep the moon daddy...I want the stars!

I know it’s very high and space pirates fill the sky
But I’m not scared of them, no daddy, I’ve got Bonkers and you
And I know Kung Fu! ....right.

Well then if that’s the case my boy you’ve got the job.
Come meet me by my ladder, don’t forget your hat and scarf
Cos it’s cold up there and dangerous sometimes
But I know pirates don’t like dinosaurs, so they won’t steal our shine.

Come on let’s climb high, I’ll show you the view
You make the whole world brighter, by just being you
And when we have cleaned the moon and it shines like the sun
If you want the stars....you take ‘em. :)

Ahhh, beautiful and lovely Chrimbo number. Reminded me of Justin Currie early on. Vocal perfect. Very polished indeed. Brilliant!

Here goes my contribution.... You guys know what’s coming?..... :D

As it’s the month of Christmas..... Here’s a Bonus Mix of the same song.... Enjoy Guys..

Now I know it serves me right for coming so late to my reviews but I couldn’t load up the tunes. Bet they’re brilliant as usual though 😉

Thanks mate. But 2019 there will be changes... I have had to Private virtually all tracks, because the Labels asked me to do this.. DJ are managing to rip Sound Cloud tracks.. So I have had to make 2 to 3 min “Snippet” tracks... At least you won’t hear 7 mins long tracks now?...lol

I haven't written a rap in ages but this one kinda spilled out of me when I was having a particularly frustrating night writing. Paired it with an apologetic hook. I was shocked at how quickly it all came together. A sub bass and rap lyrics made it a tough track to mix but I'm cool with how it turned out.

    Lyrics:
    (Oh I) Suck
    Just a cruch
All these thoughts in my brain
    Just a game without fame
Feeding this need out of greed
Just to show you motherfuckers me
    I'm not free, I can't see
Trapped in my mind out of time
Writing these thoughts on a page
But I hide from the rage
That I made from a cage

Absolutely love what you’ve done with the vocal loop there, it’s the highlight of this month’s forum entries that bit. Beautiful!

I sometimes revert to very, very simple and try to be as heartfelt as possible. That's what this song is. It will be on my new instrumental album, which I'm not exactly sure when i'll release. It's been done for a few weeks but I don't know what I should do, when I should do it or exactly how to market it differently this time...lol. I'll figure it out.
So in the meantime, I'll repost the message I put on soundcloud with this song. It's sincere, honest and deep down, who I am. I'm not generally one to be this mushy in public, but I guess it's that time of the year for reflection and for some reason, my emotions are very, very strong today.

The song is called Deepest of Love, and although there are no words, here is a little about what I was feeling at the time I wrote it, sometime this year and what I wrote on soundcloud about the song.

"This song makes me cry whenever I listen back to it, because I'm a deeply emotional person and I try to put that into songs, especially songs like this. To me, love is the highest form of appreciation you can give someone. It's when you feel someone is amazing just the way they are and can't help but see them in a bright shining light, even when they aren't living up to their potential right that moment, even when they are feeling incomplete and without hope. So this holiday season, I would like to spread the message that even a little appreciation for a stranger is a measure of love. It may not be the full blown love we give to those closest to us, but it's a seed that can grow and multiply. Appreciate someone for no good reason other than they are who they are, and when they ask what they can do in return, simply tell them to appreciate someone else, just a little bit more or for the first time, and to keep appreciating until it's infectious and spreads like wildfire. That is the fuel of hope. Not contributing to the chaos of the universe, but rather countering that chaos with as much kindness as you can afford without giving away all of your light. Always love yourself first and then give the rest away. But don't love yourself because you are great...love yourself because you have the capacity to care for and love others. That's what makes you truly exceptional..":

That is, indeed, beautiful. Perfect for the season. Love it. Well done. The build is wonderful

I was hoping to have something else prepared as I'd already shared this in a separate thread, but this is pretty much all I've managed in December!

Title made me laugh. Lovely little squeaks and blips, love that. Great tune and v well mixed. Great stuff

This is supersweet on the one hand. I can completely feel it, although my kids are a bit older now.
But it is also very well composed. The seeming simpleness brings the topic across perfectly, but it has much more substance.

That was my comment for the holiday season. A gadget production, as usual:

Would love to hear some comments.

You probably want to post this in this month's thread:

Yeah right. Thanks for the heads up. 😳 I feel a bit embarrassed.

Note to myself: Only post when you are sufficiently awake.
