I think that it will be last day and devs hate their marketing team ;)
i like your optimistic approach :))
du bist doch ein Träumer bist du doch.
We might get a “delayed, sorry” message, again

Sombody on facebook showed a recent conversation with Korg. They still aim for the end of Februari. They're waiting for an ok from the developers.
Are some of the IAPs not universal?
Trying to restore Lisbon to iPhone, which I purchased on iPad, but it's not working. :(
The only one I'm aware of is Darwin - you gotta do this wacky dual device transfer. Everything else is accessible from within the app itself (or in the case of stuff like iMonopoly, iWavestation etc you just need those apps which are universal)
Now it's completely crashing Gadget when I try. Maybe the update is imminent and they are dealing with the servers or something.
Vancouver restored fine, pretty sure that was one I had to pay for (and not just free in an update).
And yeah, wish Darwin was easier to get on an iPhone, especially since I don't have an iPad! Not a big deal, as it's not the full version.
Also, wish they had full versions of all synths in Gadget! Maybe one day.
So in gadget , what is it you lot are so desperate for ?
@e121 weird -- yeah Vancouver was IAP too, along with Lisbon. Those are both built in ones so it's weird they are behaving differently....
@enc for me, dying to see the new IFX and what a gadgetized iMS-20 is like
New IFX are a biggy. Hoping there's a decent distortion available. Workflow wise I'd still like to see some improvements to MIDI editing, like note lengths snapping to the current grid resolution (currently only positions do; note lengths appear to adjust in ticks).
Also a select all button, the ability to draw note velocities for selected events only, some basic functions like legato, fixed length. And also a real time arpeggiator that allows me to work with block chords that are arpeggiated non-destructively, like on Chicago.
The sale that'll come with the release 🤣
hahaha !
Proper answer : Enhanced (see your song in a single view) main page for easier (hopefully) arranging and MIDI OUT for using external synths without having to export and or use other apps for sequencing. And if all that works nicely, I may spend some money on Vancouver and maybe even Montpellier/iMonopoly
This might be a quite complicated Gadget release since most of the companion apps would need to be updated as well to allow for example bi-directional patch-sharing?! (Odyssei, iMono/Poly, iMS-20, iPolySix, iM1, iWaveStation to name a few). So to avoid major issues it would require a pretty well co-ordinated launch (ie. launch the companion app updates first).
I'd love to see 'full' iM1 & iWavestaion support (patch editing and program & combi etc.) support inside Gadget. Maybe we'll see an universal version of iM1 drop as well to make it easier to install the Darwin Gadget on the iPhone?
Other 'ease of use' features would be to actually be able to enable the companion IAPs Gadgets without having install the apps. (For example just install Module IAPs directly in Gadget without having to install Module first).
But from usability point of view I'd love to see a 'render scene/track' to a file and be able to rename files directly inside Gadget for easier re-sampling.
Time will tell what we see and it sure will be interesting to see how many of our 'wishes' get full-filled this time around :)
If it was only permitting au fx (disabling sound generators if they don’t want to share) i would be over the moon.
It would be a dream to finally get Pro-Q2 into Gadget. EQing/Filtering is what usually takes up a good 3/5 slots.
Otorii and Ebina were mentioned. Nice find! 😄
Mostly the improved UX/UI, IFX, iMS-20, Ebina, Otorii, iPolysix, Taipei (MIDI Out), and Durban.
Yes, but apart from that? 😂
Hmmmm, maybe a rhyming dictionary gadget built in. Call it Alexandria.
Youtube is my friend while waiting for Gadget to drop...(Bring on a 'Fart Gadget' LOL).

4'43" in, you got Bass House.
Seriously, check the drop at 30 seconds. https://youtu.be/PoaAMw-AzhA 😏
Spill the beans !
Yeah we always refer to 'fart music' when we talk about dubstep :D
Cor, now I'm wondering if we can create dubstep using fart samples. 🤣

LOLOL! How about Bass House done fart style?
😂
(See @davis_korgrd ? You see what happens when musicians become bored waiting for your product update to be released? We seek our own form of...release, haha. Get it? "Release?" Right, too on the nose.)
"If you don't release on time, customers get stinky." (Konfuzius)
Hey all. While we all wait for the Gadget 2.0 update I wanted to post 2 beats that I made completely in Gadget. They are hip hop tracks. I have another thread for this, not trying to spam, just wanted to share them here as its all Gadget fans here. It's from my beatstars page that i just started up. You do not have to buy the beats to listen to them. Thanks if you listen.
I’ll pass on Atari and Ebola.
