    Yes they are. L1 has legendary status as a limiter that's used, over-used and abused. It's awesome when used to simulate hitting tape hard with a signal. When over-used, like any limiter it will destroy the fidelity of the source material. For getting that extra 2-3dB of RMS it's ace.

    Q10 has a reputation for being incredibly transparent and is just as good as Fabfiler Pro Q in this regard. It obviously doesn't compete with Pro Q from a UX perspective.

    Audio Track is a Channel Strip much like many others but it has a Q10 based parametric EQ with oversampling, and an excellent compressor and gate. I prefer the Waves compressor and Gate to the ones included on the stock Cubasis channel strip.

    For those looking for audio demo's, Doug covered them in a lot of detail (20 plus minutes per plugin) on his Sound Test Room YT channel when they were first introduced to Cubasis.

    I personally purchased the bundle for L1 alone, so Q10 and the channel strip were a bonus but the channel strip has turned out to be the most used of the bundle over time. As channel strips go, it's really easy to dial in the sound I'm looking for and it does it's job efficiently and transparently (I have other plugins for providing 'colour').

    I'll add again that since these IAPs are native built-ins to Cubasis from Steinberg, they consume very low memory as opposed to third-party/external AUs.

    Alright so I've (happily) bought all the IAP except Waves.

    I would likely only use L1 maximizer on a regular basis. Is there a limiter AU for $10 that blows it away? If L1 is at least close to the competition I'll just get Waves for tight integration, and I might end up liking the other 2 plugs over built in EQ and channel strip.

    There are other limiters on iOS that provide a different flavour but the one I use most often (Amazing Noises Limiter) has significantly higher DSP requirements so I don't really see it as an alternative to the L1. I don't use any iOS limiter as a mastering limiter (the Fabfilter L2 is a great choice as a mastering limiter but that's only available in Auria for the moment), but the L1 is my favourite tracking limiter when used conservatively (don't slam it too hard). It's super efficient from a DSP perspective, controls errant peaks and can colour the input favourably if used conservatively.
