Just gotta say I always appreciated but never clicked with SugarBytes stuff until this. This is a very nice and unique, great-sounding synth.

But seriously, Factory is easily my favorite of the SB synths. I feel like it's the best parts of Aparillo, Unique and Cyclop combined.
Much better to build it yourself by following the steps, to build your own skill and knowledge of the synth?

It certainly looks and sounds like a great playground for some ambient sound design from what I’ve seen and heard on it.
I did notice it has a preset sharing function (if I am correct), so that’s always a welcome feature!
I think this thing is pretty big. I wouldn’t be surprised if we eventually see an ABF sound design fest for it, like Zeeon and D1. Now that would be awesome!

Having too much fun with this, which means I'm cluttering up the patch list already...SO:
Quick n00bish/nebbish question: How/where can one delete a patch? I know, got to be the most obvious button in the world, but not tonight to me
Looks like the only way to delete presets is through iCloudDrive>Factory>Presets>User?
Aparillo, Egoist, and Turnado allow left-swipe-to-delete-a-preset within the app, but those use a different preset browser.
Anyone use the Program (PGM) List on iOS? Page 15 of the manual. Is it like regular Program Change messages (which still confuses me to this day)?
Funny how a synth that fits on 1 screen can be so deceptively powerful, yet so easy to use.
I was trying to work out how to save one last night - couldn’t find the user section or assign my new one to it. Sure I’ve done this before..

I've saved TOO many. I need to delete and the old swipe left etc isn't working for me.
*Press the little floppy disc on the right and rename etc.

Yeah - the bit I was missing was how to change the author name - but just found you can change that by clicking the little arrow

It’s located in the Settings tab, in case you’re struggling to find it.
midi learn sucks lol cant get it to work

midi learn in Factory is the best around.
a) you need to have your midi devices "on" in Factory's preference midi section
b) just hold longer on any learnable controll. a box will pop up. press the midi plug sign
and move your cc controll on your midi device...
it is that easy sir. sometimes it needs patience and maybe RTFM...
