Yeah, @itsaghost, for the price, i’m pretty sure I will get at least hours of demented enjoyment from these apps!
Hadn’t heard of them before, but they appear to have that crazy vibe that will at least enhance IVCS3 — if nothing else! 🤗
The Smoky Rhodes patch in Noise is pretty nice. I usually layer it with NeoSoul.
@SNystrom these apps are crazy innovative, I have done vids on Wov and TTAP and also really like Shaper. Shaper does a lot, sounds great, extremely easy to dial in, very good price.
Big sale on Audiolayer.
Awesome. Literally the app I was waiting for
Almost everything VirSyn makes is 50% off. Some is a bit more, some a bit less. But everything is on sale
What are the best apps from virsyn? Only one I have is relice
Tera, Addstation, and Poseidon all sound utterly magnificent. And their BandShift app is the smoothest pitch shifter I’ve heard on IOS by a mile.
No, man! Can't believe. I grabbed my headset, closed myself in the most intimate place in my living space, and I said: number one. But then comes a question for keyboardist playing live; what responsiveness it has?
Have to try this BH sound.
Greetings to all!
Woah, bandshift looks crazy! set individual frequency shift per band, that's so cool
They all look tasty, may opt for tera first
@VoytecG, the Ravenscroft is the most responsive and immediate, IMO. My fav soundwise for this test is, actually, Module American D.
Tera Synth is amazing. Just check bassdrum presets!
MonoHarp is FREE usually $.99 - it doesn’t mention Any connectivity, and this is iPhone version.

MonoHarp for IPad is $.99, usually $1.99

Wow tera synth for $4.99 is crazy, it’s usually $20. I think I gotta grab app. You can use the Arp to send midi out and Arp other apps too...
Wow! $9.99 - that’s the lowest price for AudioLayer yet..
I have a whole bunch of VirSyn apps and I think I got the newest first, i.e AddStation which is totally amazing. Anyway, not all of these app are AB3 compatible e.g Addictive Synth (and micro ditto), iSyn Poly and some more, so that's something to watch out for .. I think...
and @Poppadocrock this is their best sale yet. Never saw them as good in price as this time. Wow. I may get the tera since I got the micro tera already
Signaling @aleyas re AudioLayer.
Downloaded AudioLayer last night. It was the same price during their Black Friday sale the other week, so this is the 2nd time its been this low. Haven't had much opportunity to play with it yet. But I have skimmed around the interface, and imported a few samples onto different layers. This thing is deep, but it's logically organized and generally not too hard to find your way around. I thought I could take care of all my multi sample needs with Drambo's Multi Sampler, but it just isn't as fully featured as Audio Layer. Round Robin or not per layer, round robin per velocity, different fx and panning per layer. This is a sound design ocean to get lost in. Or the perfect tool to map a massive gigabyte sample set. Get it now at 66% off while you can if samples are your thing, you have a large library of multi samples, or you want to experiment auto sampling hardware instruments or other apps.
And re tera
Tera and Micro Tera have basically nothing in common but the name. Very much worth while owning both.
Tera is about as modular as a poly synth can get. It's got a crazy variety of waveforms, each with their own subfolder of shapes. Even has a 'custom' oscillator which is basically a mini version of the addstation oscillator you can draw.
It's got osc FM, sync, filter FM, ring modulation, a waveguide, tons of filter types and slopes, a dedicated formant and peak filter, and modulation inputs on every control. It has great multi segment envelopes with different loop and timing options. And if thats too much, it's got hundreds of awesome presets to get you started. $5 for Tera is robbery. Man, I'm actually hyping myself up on this synth again.
I own VoxSyn. Anyone knows what the pro edition adds on top of the standard edition?
I always thought I wouldn't need or want Audiolayer
But it's too tempting at this price
Off to watch some videos...
It's been a long time since I fired up Tera.... but highly recommend it for those on the fence
Never seen Poseidon at $4.99 either! Might be a mistaken price drop as the description literally says 50% off, not 75%...but I bought it at $4.99!
Can someone let me know if the sample library which comes with Chameleon Sampler is the same as the sounds which come with EvolverFX, both from 4Pockets. Thank you.
I went for tera and poseiden and both seem great
I know those 2 Tera and Poseidon never drop that low.
Just been playing around with Poseidon, 2 hours later I'm still playing with Poseidon!
I just want to add that Korg sale is still ongoing but not sure for how long. Neither am I sure how to edit that list of your without messing it up so...
Thanks for the reminder, I'll add it in
Hopefully by the next big sale (summer? is there a spring sale?) I'll have a better system in place..
